Jad, outstanding guide - Jad and his knowledge of the subject (a little) made us forget about the overcrowding which unfortunately does not allow us to hope for a better quality visit despite his talent and patience.

Visit of the Vatican - Come for a tour of Rome and a rugby match. We were a group of 20 people.
Jade is very nice. Full tour of the Vatican with sufficient explanation and humor.

Our Private Vatican Tour - Marta was our private tour guide for our Vatican experience. She was wonderful! So knowledgeable. She was able to talk about the history and importance of the paintings which made our tour so memorable. We would highly recommend her to everyone. Sincerely Joann and Lonnie

Marvelous Vatican Tour - Our guide Jad was very helpful. We skipped the line and were in early with the first tour.
Lots to see but he helped us notice the most important sights and explained them beautifully.

Highly recommend - Jad was remarkable, and this tour was money well spent! He told us so many details that we would have missed otherwise. There was never a question that he didn’t have the answer to it. It was so nice to pass all the lines too. We would have been standing in line longer than this tour. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jad for being so great and kind to my family.

Overwhelming but interesting and crowded. - Was a lot to see and a bit overwhelming with the crowds. Had a private tour which was expensive, but worth skipping the long lines to get in. The statutes, paintings, mosaics were massive. To think of how long it took Micheal DeAngelo to make the creations is mind blowing. Lots of history to research and learn.

Breathtaking and beautiful locations, but terrible guide: Susana - The locations were absolutely stunning and breathtaking, but our guide - Susana ruined it for us. As christians, the experience was very important for us - visiting St. Peter and seeing the Sistine Chapel was something wonderful and with deep meaning, but Susana displayed very strongly her negative opinions regarding the Church and christianity. It is not okay. A guide should always be professional and at least neutral. Come on - you present information about the VATICAN!!! Go be a guide at Colosseum or somewhere else if you cannot act in an appropriate manner.
We are lucky that we already knew the correct information because we are catholics, but for those who came into contact with the Catholic world through the view of Susana she really painted a false and highly negative picture. That’s such a bummer. She minimised and spoiled everything - worst guided experience ever so far. The Vatican should know what kind of uninformed and unprofessional people presents their locations. She offended the Church and the believers, multiple times. She even presented something specific of how catholics do their religion and I told her it was not true the information because we are catholics and she denied it. Such a waste of money and a killer of good vibes.
