Great tour guide and fantastic experience - Eugene was a great tour guide and kept the tour fun and informative. He made sure that we were aware of important works, provided interesting facts, and followed the rules out of respect for the church. The museum is absolutely massive and cannot be covered in a day. As we had three hours, he was able to maximize our time and provide insights on all aspects of the Vatican. It is absolutely worth a visit, pictures cannot do this place justice.

Just book it - This was a great tour. Very easy to find meeting place. You need a skip the line tour if you visit the Vatican. If you dont you will be spending most your time waiting to get in. Out tour leader was amazing can't remember name maybe Katrina. Anyway she did a fantastic job. You wont be disappointed

Incredible tour - I've been round many different ancient buildings but unless I get a guided tour I don't get the most out of it. This was an essential tour for me and my wife. The artefacts available to view need explanation and this tour does just that. Our guide Jeb was excellent. The right amount of humour and insight was provided to make it both interesting and entertaining. Well done Jeb. His love of art shone through. And I'm somewhat of a philistine when it comes to art. St Peter's Basilica was incredible. The corridors where you walk past the Pope's office was great. Although the tour was 3 hours it seemed to fly by. I fully recommend this tour.

Mind baffling beauty. - I’ve been to Rome but this was the first time I toured the Vatican. I have to say, it is amazing! The art makes you wonder, how is it possible for a human to create such things. The entire tour is amazing do not skip this.

Superb tour, especially if you get Emma as a guide. - From the start to finish this was a mind blowing tour. We had a very knowledgeable English tour guide, Emma, who explained the Sistine Chapel paintings in such detail, and with passion and humour. She kept the group together and expertly guided us through so there was no queuing and all the time keeping us engaged and interested, with her attention to detail on sculptures, tapestries and artwork and put more emphasis on the famous pieces. In 3 hours we covered and learnt a lot. If you’re going to do a tour this is the one to do for the Vatican, it was worth every penny.

Amazing experience! Highly recommended tour - I love art so much and for some time I wanted to treat myself to a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Everything was surprisingly higher than my expectations! A tour with attention to detail! Starting from the reception at the Agency (a stone’s throw from the entrance to the Museums) With sympathy and professionalism we received all kinds of indications as well as a pocket gadget table with the Sistine Chapel represented (very useful during the tour 🙏). Carlotta, our guide, was truly unsurpassed! I have known many good guides over time but Carlotta really impressed me! Very cultured and super kind. Constantly attentive to the individual needs of each of the participants. His engaging sympathy and great expertise have made this articulated Tour “Enjoyable, Ready and Engaging” at the same time! I'm grateful to the whole team. Super recommended

Missed the mark - This was our second tour of the Vatican . 1st with this company. We were excited to have our friends join us since they hadn’t been. I liked that this company had an actual location to meet at. Very nice staff. Too nice in fact. Our tour guide waiting for everything including participants that were 25 minutes late. It lead to us having longer lines at the Vatican and missing out on piece of the tour that we had previously seen in the summer. The guide constantly talked about the lines, the weather, the delay, the fact that a mom in our group had a stroller. We moved at such a slow pace that we didn’t seen as much as we did in the summer with more than 50% more of a crowd. Instead of ending inside of St. Peter he led us outside to say goodbye. This was also frustrating as we could and should have more time in St. Peter. Even if the tour is over we could have explored, worshiped and enjoyed the church more. By far this was the worst tour. Then I was asked to review it and was reminded that they were not responsible for the long lines. No your not however the actual tour wasn’t good. The guide missed the mark completely on what was key to the customer. Once in a lifetime for some that wasn’t as good as it could have been . I regret booking through this company
