Large crowds beautiful views - Great historical experience about ancient Roman city Hierapolis. Our guide Alperen Uğur had a good historical knowledge of the area. The natural thermal Taverines in Pummakale were beautiful, but overcrowded because of Eid holiday. I didn’t venture out to the pools for fear of slipping but we got some great pictures. I would recommend this trip as it is a UNESCO world heritage site and it is beautiful regardless of the large crowds.

Magic - take your swimmers! - Amazing! The tour bus guide messaged to confirm pick up from Hotel - no surprises. Small tour bus of 10 people, friendly. Tour Guide was very clear and had lots of interesting information. Pamukkale took my breath away. Those steps of water are about 40cm deep - shallow! so be prepared to lay down to feel the warm water - like crystal. Blissed out. 2 surprises - the tour of the ruin city directly behind it, and a stop by an Onyx shop. Bought a white onyx stone goblet. Going back again. Toilets have long queues. Plenty of places to sit though and enjoy the view.

A beautiful day in Pamukkale despite some unforeseen events - The excursion from Izmir to Pamukkale and Hierapolis went very well overall. The journey is a bit long (about 3 hours), but comfortable, and the program allows you to discover impressive places like the travertine terraces of the “Cotton Castle” and the ruins of Hierapolis. Small downside: the pool of Cleopatra was closed for renovation, which we learned only on site, on D-Day. It is a bit frustrating when we booked thinking we could swim there. We would have liked to have a Francophone guide, but there were not enough Francophone participants that day. Despite everything, we had a good day, our guide and all the participants were friendly and we had a very nice meeting: Issac and Agnes, a French couple living in Washington, who helped us translate the guide’s explanations with great kindness and enthusiasm. Their presence added a touch of good humor and conviviality to this excursion. A great experience overall, with spectacular scenery and a dive into history

Great tour of Pamukkale/Hieropolis from Izmir - Had a wonderful day tour from Izmir of Pamukkale and Hierapolis with our lovely tour guide Alpe. The operators provided all the important information ahead of time. Group size was small, felt more like a private tour. The van was clean and comfortable. The pick up times were accurate and well communicated. I felt like there was a good balance between guided portions and free time to roam around the pools. Unfortunately the Cleopatra pool was under renovation when we were here in May 2025. Our tour guide Alpe was wonderful, he was very warm and friendly but also very knowledgeable about the local history. He made sure the group was well taken care of. Our driver was also excellent and kind. Would highly recommend this tour if you are interested in seeing Pamukkale from Izmir!

Cotton>lunch> onyx factory - The hotel transfer is very convenient, there are convenience shops to buy breakfast along the way, and there is free toilet space. The tourist bar is very comfortable to be charged with guide elpi is polite, English speaks very well, the introduction of the attractions are very detailed, there are questions to ask and they can answer. Enough time to visit another one hour to soak in water, arranged well👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A magic visit to Pamukkale - The visit was very well organized with a comfortable van. Our guide Ekim had full knowledge of the place and history. He made the tour very interesting and answered to all of our questions. I highly recommend him as a tour guide. The food was good in a modern restaurant. It was a totally worthy trip.
