Top class - Today trip to Pamukkale and Hierapolis was so well organized.From communication beforehand to drop off.Erman our guide was so professional, knowledgeable, agreeable easy to understand.He made our tour so interesting. Told us the information, allowed questions to be asked and answered, kept us on track time wise. I liked his style of communication, concise nd factual.. I have done a few tours in Turkiye over the last two weeks and this tour was exceptional. Well done to Gezenthi.The driver was very obliging too. A great team..The included lunch was top class also.Thank you all. Annette

Great Tour around Pamukkale - We visited Pamukkale with Erman Uslu, he gave us a great tour and overview of the area. It’s my second tour with him and he never disappoints. He gave us lots of great explanations and plenty of time for pictures. The views and vibe of the place were amazing, one of the best places I’ve visited so far in Turkey.

Great tour - The tour went perfectly within the timing: the pick up, the excursion, the lunch and drop off.
Our guide (Aysenur) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Really glad she was our guide.
Our car (Mercedes Sprinter) was very clean and comfortable. The driver drove very smoothly so we could calmly rest in the car during the long ride.
The lunch was rich and delicious and included in the price.
Initially the price seemed a little too high but eventually ended up being more than worth it.
Definitely recommended tour for anyone.

Great Tour - This was such a great tour. The bus ride was very smooth. The tour guide, Ekim, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the lunch buffet was good. I cannot recommend this tour enough if you have one day to spare to explore ancient city of Hieropolis and mineral water pools.

Stress-Free Tour to a Stunning Wonder - Efficient and well-organised from start to finish. I was contacted the day before with clear information, and all questions were answered promptly. Pickup was right on time, and the day ran smoothly.
Our guide, Ayşenur, was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and great to have around all day—one of those guides who makes everything feel easy (and keeps things interesting!). The group size was just right—not too large—and I never felt rushed.
Pamukkale itself is absolutely stunning and definitely somewhere you have to visit—it almost doesn’t look real!
Lunch was tasty and filling with a good variety of options. A special mention to our driver, Mustafa—professional, safe, and the car was clean and comfortable (plus a charging point, which felt like a small miracle by midday!).

Best guide ever - Everything was great. The drive was safe and comfortable, with a skilled driver, the guide was simply amasing, and extremely knowledgeable. We wish we could have Alpe as our guide for all tours in the world, the best guide we've ever had!
The food was okay, not as good as the food on the ephesos tour which was delicious!!!!!

Amazing trip in Pamukkale - It is very exciting and pleasant trip, especially our guider, Urman Uslu. He is patient, friendly and had a lot of knowledge in turkey. We had a wonderful time in Pamukkale.

Great tour with a balance of history & free exploring time - It was a bit far from Izmir & so good transportation included with a cozy van. Pammukale view was amazing but walking over the rocks with bare feet was definitely not easy

Nice day in Pamukkale - We took this trip recently and had a good time. It takes quite a while to drive from Izmir to Pamukkale so consider this. The Hierapolis site is very interesting but less well-excavated than many other ancient sites in Turkey. The museum there was not included. The high point was the amazing theater. The calcium carbonate pools are an amazing site and experience. We had plenty of time there. The pools are great, but footing is quite slippery. The lunch was just ok and wish there had been more historical info from our guide.
