This interpretive journey, lasting four hours, will concentrate on the diverse wintering wildlife encountered in Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge. We’ll have the chance to observe Moose, Bison, Elk, Deer, Big Horn Sheep, Bald Eagle, and others in their natural surroundings. Beyond the wonderful wildlife we’ll meet, the splendor of the Grand Teton Mountain range will also mark one of the tour’s highlights. The small group format ensures a personalized experience and outstanding customer service. With the tour commencing at either 8:30am or 1:30pm, you’ll still have room to pencil in other activities for the day.

Everyday was an adventure! Highly recommend Brushbuck and the Winter Wildlife Tour in Grand Teton and West Yellowstone - We had an amazing time and highly recommend Brushbuck Tours. Our guide Mark was fantastic and was super knowledgeable about everything relevant to our tour (Wyoming, Montana, the animals, the Endangered Species Act, and everything in between.) He has lived in Wyoming for 30 years and you can't book learn that kind of knowledge. Every day was an adventure in finding wildlife and learning about them and their habitats and it was thrilling to see so many animals on our bucket list. I also really like that Brushbuck specializes in wildlife tours and in only a few very specific places. It pays to shop around when you book a tour to be sure you are going to be get a great experience.

Great time! - Went in January of 2023. Snowing and cold! Was just my husband and I with one other guest in the van so it was spacious. Snacks and water were provided. We had a great experience with George! Was promptly on time at our pickup area and it was a great convenience at our hotel. There are plenty of pickup locations as well that are not out of the way. He went in depth about the areas of Jackson we toured and made it fun and interesting for us as first time visitors. He went out of his way to do his best to show us everything, took us to the best picture spots and to find the animals we were having difficulty finding. He has a long range view finder and camera to take amazing pictures if you aren’t able to get up close to those animals. Overall, it was a good time and he was very chatty! I would recommend if you do not have a vehicle and are first timers to Jackson. Otherwise, you could drive to some of the locations around Jackson early in morning or sunset evening hours and enjoy the same views/spots for stopping. Thank you for a wonderful time!

See Wildlife! - Tim was an excellent tour guide and went above and beyond to show us wildlife and educate us on Jackson Hole.
We saw Bison, Moose, mule deer, big horn sheep and a dusky rouse!

Teton Wildlife - Our wildlife guide, George, picked us up right on time at our hotel. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. He explained many things we were unaware of even though we have vacationed in the area for years.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Awesome experience - Our tour guide George was so knowledgeable of the area, the story behind the elk reserve, basically so many subjects! He was a walking encyclopedia! He took us to great picture spots, showed us some awesome wildlife (bison, moose, elk, long horn sheep), providing comfort and entertainment! Definitely would recommend this activity!

Take it if you don’t have a car but want to visit Grand Tetons - Had a tour with Tim. We saw moose, bison and a coyote, and had numerous photo opportunities of the mountains. Highly recommended!

THIS TOUR WILL BE A HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR VACATION! - This was an amazing tour and we went on Christmas Eve. George was our tour guide and he was fantastic - so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area and wild life. It was a "group tour" but others canceled (maybe because it was Christmas Eve?), so ours ended up being a private tour. We were grateful they honored our reservation and didn't ask us to reschedule. We saw every kind of animal George hoped we would. The wild life is just spectacular. This was worth every penny - just book it!
