Great transport from Agra to Jaipur - Great experience. We were driven around by Prakesh from Agra to Jaipur. We saw Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri on our way over. The roads seemed challenging by Prakesh navigated like a pro. The car was a very comfortable SUV type. We'd use this company again given the comfort and professionalism we experienced.

Car Service Jaipur Trip - We had booked the car service for 5 days for a girls trip to Rajasthan and Delhi. India by Car & Driver with Ramesh made our bookings and was quick to respond to our requests. The transportation was reliable, comfortable and safe. Our driver Sushil ensured we had safe and clean rest stops. Many of our plans were impromptu but the tour accommodated all of our last minute requests. to visit Udaipur and Ranthambore. Sushil was respectful and polite, could understand what worked for us. He did all our different airport arrivals and departures times to Jaipur and Delhi airports. We had a wonderful girls trip and a huge thanks in making the trip wonderful was the India by Car and Driver team.

Excellent service - We had a wonderful trip to India which was made even more wonderful by hiring a car and driver. Our driver, Shushil, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We all felt safe whilst driving and he was happy to take us wherever we wanted to go. We went to Pushkar and Agra and on both days Shushil helped is to organise guides, who were both excellent. He picked us up from The airport which made it stress free and dropped us off at the end of our holiday. I would 100% recommend this company.

You Wish and Monu and Ramesh make it happen - My 15 yr old daughter wanted to see Taj Mahal when we visit India (from US) in Dec 2024 - Jan 2025. Since she is buried in a grueling academic schedule for last semester I thought I would make her wish happen. I am from south India and never visited any part of noth India. So I started planning using internet. Fixed our dates. Booked flight tickets and reserved hotel. I had razor thin schedule leaving from one city and arriving at a different city both are not really the main metro hubs. On the top of it I had to get back to USA with in two days of finishing the trip. With a family of four (two young children) to make this trip happen in the fixed schedule, I need a very reliable tour operator and of course an awesome driver. This is something I need to tell you and I am sure you will be amazed. 3 days before the travel, at mid night I explanted chatGPT my schedule and asked it to recommend a reliable tour operator. It recommend "India by Car and Driver". At mid night I sent a WhatsApp message through their website and I immediately heard back from Ramesh with the quote. The next morning we discussed the dates and plans and Ramesh helped to fine tune it a bit. With in two hour we made an agreement. The day before travel he sent me the driver's number. Monu the driver got in touch with us when we landed in Delhi airport and from there everything is just breeze. He is pretty much on our side every step of the way. He made sure we get an opportunity to see India Gate in Delhi. Helped us to get to through the small lanes in Mathura. Made sure we get to Agra in time for some dinner. The next 3 days he made sure everything happened as per the plan in Agra, Jaipur and returning back to Delhi airport on time. One amazing thing is Monu is he so patient. Not once he showed slightest sign any inconvenience. He is epitome of customer service at its finest. The best and the most reliable driver and support person your family can have to make your "Experience India" wishes come true. My only advice is Guides employed will take you to their preferred stores for buying memorabilia/souvenirs. Bring your best Indian bargain skills even though they are big stores compared to small store fronts at tourist attractions. But thats a general advice and not really connected to "India by Car and Driver". I would like to explore any part of India these guys serve without any hesitation and I will highly recommend to partner with them to make your Indian experience even more sweeter than the "Agra Petha".

Beautiful india trip - Very professinal tour. We did 18 days of travelling from delhi to varanasi. Our guide vijay was extremyl helpful and showed us all the sights and took us off the well travelled roads to show us the real india. The food and people were amazing. Our guides were so knowledgable. Thankyou vijay and ramesh for an amazing time.

Would highly recommend this company. - Surendra was absolutely amazing, he was punctual and very knowledgeable about the roads. He made our journey very pleasant. We had English speaking guides which Surendra organised. Would use him again when we are back in India.

Delhi and taj mahal - This company were excellent, easy to work with, flexible and good communication throughout.We booked our trip in the UK. It was bespoke to us as we knew exactly what we wanted to do in the 2 days we were in Delhi.I listed what we wanted and they made it happen!! All stress was removed from us - they met us at the airport, arranged a hotel, guides,and our driver Raju was excellent, always on time and listening to our wishes.A great way to pack lots into a little time .- the seik temple is a must when in Delhi

Best holiday ever - We were a family group of 5 and did the Golden Triangle, Udaipur and Kerala. We were delighted by the service received from India Car and Driver, for all three of our drivers and all our guides. They were all well informed and punctual and helped to make it a holiday of a lifetime. Particular thanks to our drivers Monu and Raj who were both fantastic

Hotels wonderful, car wonderful, Agra wonderful but need some improvement in Jaipur - Four of us ladies who went to India for work decided to take a quick trip to Agra and Jaipur and chose what we were told by many as a very reputable travel agency, &Beyond. It was a very expensive trip in Indian standards, $2000 each for two cities in three days, but then we wanted the best. Let me start with the good part. The hotels we stayed in were awesome in Agra (ITC) and Jaipur (Sawai Resort). The cars we travelled in were very good and the chauffer was a good person, the guides were knowledgable. Also, as it was a personalized trip, the guides were ready to modify schedules "in some cases" based on our requirements. However, I have still rated the trip as average. The reason was our experience in Jaipur. They insisted on taking us to places which we had no idea why we should be visiting, like a muddy vegetable market. We all have been in India and worked there, so going through a muddy and active vegetable market was not really enjoyable. And what more, we did tell them this fact many times. Our guide was a knowledgable person, but I think he was a bit overwhelmed about having four ladies in his charge. He walked much ahead of us most of the time, which made things a bit tough for us. While he told us the histroy of the places we saw, he was not eager to engage in any discussion, which made it feel like we four were just there by ourselves. Again, he was a knowledgeable and excellent man but I dont think he has been coached to being a good guide to people who may want to understand more. When people go for trips, they need to feel good about what they are doing, and somehow that feeling was not there in Jaipur. If this was a travel agent of Indian origin, we would have understood, but knowing that &beyond caters to the US and other foreign travellers, it was a bit of disappointment.
