• Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind - Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, located at Tripolia Bazaar Road Badi Choupad, J.D.A. Market, Pink City, Jaipur 302002 India. Also known as the ‘Palace of Winds,’ it is an architectural marvel of the 18th century. Designed by Ustad Lal Chand, it is constructed with pink and red sandstone to blend with the color of the Pink City. With a total of nine hundred and fifty-three windows and standing at a height of 15 meters, the five-storied palace was built for the royal ladies by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799.

• Jantar Mantar - Jaipur - The magnificent scientific site Jantar Mantar in Jaipur was constructed in the 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The large masonry instruments were used to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. The enormous sundial still provides accurate time, subject to daily corrections.
