Very disappointing - experience doesn’t match promotional description - This experience is not what was described - in a court of law, yes, the language is correctly descriptive. But the imagery and description provided suggested an experience that was not matching. The people working the experience were all kind and generous, and should not be critiqued. But the people who wrote the promotional descriptive copy should be critiqued - harshly. This was not a desert experience - yes, it was on a sand dune, but a sand dune 100 feet from a major road, with big hotels, gas stations and event spaces. The sun sets over a hotel and gas station, not the desert. There are no stars to see as you are surrounded by commercial buildings. The cultural performances were fine - but the dinner did not take place outside and certainly not in the desert as the description would lead one to expect. Instead, dinner was rushed at the end, about 9:15, in a dingy white cafeteria with no character at all. Again, letter of the law - they served dinner, but the description would lead you to think your dinner would be outside, not in a cafeteria.
