Desert Excursion - Great experience in the Thar desert. Totally quiet and peaceful watching the stars and eating great food prepared right in front of you. One of the highlights of the trip for my friends and I.

For an authentic and heartwarming experience...look no further. - You will not regret this! My friend's and I were staying at a luxurious property at Jaisalmer and absolutely love the city. But the one thing we will cherish the most is the night under the stars and some ridiculously delicious food. The hospitality is unmatched. The experience is unmatched. The food is better than the fanciest meal at a 7 star hotel. I'll send this review again by saying you won't regret choosing this trip. Sitting and having chai while watching the sunset and dinner under the stars with people I love will be a core memory. Our driver and the individual arranging our food were the kindest. Jitendra Ji's hospitality overall is what will bring me back to Jaisalmer and go again the next time;

A slightly rugged but authentic experience that we enjoyed. - It wasn’t at all what I expected but there-in lay its appeal. It was just the two of us in 35 year old ex army jeep and the journey was long ( 1 1/2 hours ) on bumpy roads but it grew on me as the further we went the quieter and more natural it became. We visited the guides old village to drop off cattle feed and stopped at watering holes, seeing large groups of wild camel. We rode camels into the sand dunes and ate dinner under the moonlight and stars with a fire a couple of desert men and a very hungry but submissive and charming dog. A surprisingly authentic feel to the experience and one we enjoyed very much. Journey back was a little uncomfortable because it was long and bumpy, maybe elderly people should suggest a more modern Jeep but that would be at the cost of the rough and rugged experience that was part of the day. Your clothes will stink of smoke from the fire. Check the temperature expected and take warm clothes for after dark. The journey back was a little uncomfortable because it was dark and long in the jeep

Amazing Desert Adventure - This was an absolutely amazing experience. We were taken by jeep from our hotel to the Thar Desert stopping along the way at various places of interest including a natural oasis and camel farm. We were then treated to a wonderful camel ride into the desert with some spectacular views from the top of the dunes. Chai Tea and snacks were provided while we watched a beautiful sunset. Finally we sat round a camp fire and ate a delicious meal while enjoying the most amazing star filled sky I have ever seen. This is a must do trip if you visit Jaisalmer. Thanks so much to our driver Kabir, Sambu our camel guide, Kamal turban man and Dev our guide from Jasmin hotel. You made this a trip to remember.

A great desert experience - The trip to the desert, which ends with a delicious dinner freshly cooked in the desert and a view of the setting sun, gave us authentic insights into desert life, supervised by the very experienced and lovable Mr. Kabir. There was a lot of interesting things to see, a cultural highlight (Khaba Fort), an oasis, free-roaming camels and educational information about people, animals and plants in this habitat. If you are afraid of a camel ride, you can forget it. Very friendly camels were waiting near the destination with their guide and his young son, Irani. Tourists are met here very, very respectfully and hospitably. Even a half-day tour is enough to feel inspired by the desert and its inhabitants in a special way. An experience that has a lasting effect and makes us want to plan a longer trip soon. We appreciated that the chosen destination was a place unaffected by tourism with a beautiful dune landscape and would like to warmly recommend this experience to other travelers.

Experience of a lifetime - The afternoon jeep ride through the desert with Kabir, stopping to view an oasis and seeing and hearing village desert life was experiencing another beautiful world. The camel Safari through two ridges covered in desert flora was beautiful. Riding camels up and down sand dunes was thrilling. We watched the sunset while Sambu and the other camel guides cooked a delicious, filling, Indian campfire dinner on the dunes. We ate under a spectacular night time starry canopy. This was a lifetime experience for us.
