• Kuldhara Abandoned Village - Kuldhara is a ghost village located approximately 17 kilometers west of Jaisalmer. Once a thriving town three centuries ago, it now stands as an abandoned village enveloped in mystery. Founded in 1291 by the Paliwal Brahmins, it was a flourishing community due to their successful cultivation of abundant crops in the desert. However, in 1825, the inhabitants of Kuldhara and the nearby 83 villages mysteriously disappeared overnight.

It is situated in the village of Amarsagar, approximately 3 km from Jaisalmer on Lodurva road.
