- Sunda Kelapa Harbour - Sunda Kelapa Harbour is the oldest port in Jakarta, established during the Hindu Kingdom era. It served as the main gateway to Jakarta and continues to operate for domestic cargo today. Visitors can enjoy a boat ride along the canal in traditional boats owned by locals, explore the Indonesian traditional wooden boat (phinisi), the fisherman boats, and visit the large wooden boats while interacting with the local workers at the harbour.
- Merdeka Square - Merdeka Square is a large plaza located in downtown central Jakarta. Here, visitors can stop for photos at the Presidential Palace (Indonesia’s White House, with photo opportunities only in front of the palace), take a short walk at the National Monument (an icon of Indonesia), and view the government buildings surrounding the monument at the square.
- Glodok Chinatown - In Glodok (Chinatown), visitors can explore the oldest Chinese temple, Petak Sembilan or Dharma Bhakti Temple, built in 1650, making it one of Jakarta’s oldest temples. From the temple, the journey continues to the wet market (Chinatown market) to observe local activities and explore the diverse items for sale, such as vegetables, fish, fruits, groceries, and more. Visitors can also taste local food and fruits from Indonesia.
- Jakarta Old Town - Enjoy Jakarta’s Old Town, known as Kota Tua, a city rich with Dutch architecture and history. Visitors can stroll along the canal, enjoy the square (Stadhuis), which served as the old city hall of Jakarta at Fatahillah Square. This historic area is bustling on weekends as locals visit to enjoy the atmosphere.
- National Monument (MONAS) - This iconic Jakarta landmark stands 132 meters tall, symbolizing the Indonesian spirit during the colonial era. The top of the monument is adorned with 50 kg of gold. Visitors can stop here for photos and take a short walk in the park.

- Istiqlal Mosque - Istiqlal Mosque is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and a major highlight in Jakarta. During a visit, an official staff member will provide a tour, explaining the mosque and the Muslim community in Indonesia. Visitors can also admire the beautiful architecture of the mosque’s main prayer room.
Please note that Istiqlal Mosque is closed on Fridays for religious purposes.
