• Directions to the pick-up location

3. Pick-Up
   A friendly, uniformed driver arrives punctually at the customer’s hotel, Airbnb, cruise port, or specified location in Montego Bay.

• A welcome briefing is provided, covering:
  • Tour itinerary overview
  • Estimated travel time (approximately 35–45 minutes to Lethe)

4. Drive to Lethe
   Guests travel in a well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle.

• The driver or tour guide may share optional background information on the Lethe community and the tradition of bamboo rafting.

5. Arrival & Check-In at Lethe
   Guests are guided to the check-in area.

• The guide assists with entry and ensures a smooth transition to the rafting team.

6. Bamboo Rafting Experience
   The relaxing journey on the Great River begins (approximately 1 hour).

• A limestone foot massage is provided mid-journey by the raft captain.

7. Post-Experience Meet-Up
   The driver is ready at the designated pick-up point when the rafting experience concludes.

• Guests have the option to purchase souvenirs or refreshments.

8. Return Transfer
   A comfortable drive back to the original pick-up location.

• Guests are offered hand sanitizer or wipes, and a thank-you message is conveyed.

9. Drop-Off
   Guests are safely returned to their hotel, cruise ship, or Airbnb.
