Great experience - Driver arrived on time. Car was clean and the driver was excellent. Would certainly recommend to others

Poor Communication and Professionalism - Poor communication! I hate that I have to leave such a poor review, but this company lacks communication skills and professionalism. Being I had booked with other companies previously for transfer services, I found it odd that the company hadn't reached out 48-72hrs prior with instructions regarding pickup. With no communication, I reached 2 days prior to confirm a pickup time. The company only responded that I was confirmed. Well, that's not what I asked, so I emailed again to confirm a time. There's no response for hours, and I have to email again! At this point, I am past the deadline for canceling. The company clearly didn't look at my booking details to see I was a one-way transport from Hyatt to MBJ because they told me to look for them when I land. After clearing that up, I proceeded to let them know my flight leaves at 10:25am. with a 9:40am. boarding time. They company gives me a pickup time of 8:25 am. with a 10-15 minute ride to MBJ. I emailed the company back, stating I was uncomfortable with that timing due to the limited time to check in, go through customs/security. I ask if there was any earlier availability. The pickup time didn't leave any room for unexpected occurrences. The company never acknowledged my concerns or cared to acknowledge them. Their poor communication/professionalism did cause me an extra expense to take a taxi because I couldn't chance missing my flight. At that point, I couldn't trust that this company would show up at the time the 8:25am.
