B&W Television Memories Brought to Life in Color - If you enjoyed watching the shows, this is a lovely way to learn more about its stars and the production. Seeing various costumes and sets live and in color was so much fun! Realizing the impact Lucy & Desi had on Hollywood (3-camera filming and the concept of residuals for running of shows years later) was unexpected. The lists of shows that were filmed on their lot or that they had a hand in producing was impressive. Leaving the museum, you have the opportunity to walk a few blocks and see murals of Lucy & Desi.

Very informative! - Great museum! Fun fact, Lucille Ball gave the green light to Star Trek! She was a true pioneer of early television! Very informative and now I’m a Lucille Ball fan!

Lucille ball - need I say more. - I loved Lucy so my review may be skewed, but only slightly :>). There are two areas - the Lucy and Desi. I started in the Lucy area which has a lot of reasonably priced memorabilia. I was surprised that they didn't have things to buy for one's grandchildren. I did get a few things for my wife. You can negotiate the price if you want the tour guide to take your pictures using your own camera. I did that, and the guide took pictures of my group and I in the different Lucy sets (recreated). The guide, who was dressed in a Lucy dress, was very knowledgeable. Looking at the sets brought back a lot of memories. Next was the Desi area in an adjacent building. There too are things to buy, I learned that Desilu Studios also produced Star Tek, Mission Impossible, etc. One can easily spend a couple of hours at the Lucy Desi Museum.

You'll Love Lucy! - If you love Lucy, you'll love this museum! Filled with priceless items and information from our favorite red head comedian. It's divided into two parts, one 'I Love Lucy' and the other simple Lucille Ball's life and career.

Lucy Desi Museum and Comedy Club - The museum and staff were great. Comedy club was very interactive. The Pub restaurant is a great place for good, affordable food. Make sure you make the mile drive to Lucille Ball Memorial Park to see the statues.

A Wonderful Step Back in Time - I joined a relative on a trip up to Jamestown where they had some business matters to attend to. While we were there, we decided to visit some fun attractions in the area. As my relative had already visited the National Comedy museum in a previous visit, we decided to go to the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum - and I am so glad we did. The facility is small but packed full of memorabilia from the heyday of I Love Lucy. As a fan since childhood, I truly enjoyed browsing through both the family life history as well as Lucy & Desi's professional history. We spent ~ 2 hours browsing through both exhibits and both agreed it was a very worthwhile visit.
