The single most fantastic thing I did all week - Okay I had just written a lengthy, detailed review on my phone and it just disappeared when I opened a different app before posting it. So let's try again: Hasher is a FANTASTIC tour guide. He is a serious, cultured gentleman. I was impressed not only only by his knowledge of the tour's sites but by his local and regional knowledge and his willingness to share it with me, repeating and spelling out local words and names so I could update my social media. There are only two stops on this tour - but don't let that deter you. The are two AMAZING, fully rounded stops. The first is The Heritage Center. O.M.G. It has THE most beautiful local-style interior. While it's a little light on history - it is rich on culture. And the traditional meal? I still fantasize about it. I opted to have sit on the ground-level traditional sofas. The pics are stunning. The next stop was the amazing, enormous historical deepdive called the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture - Ithra. Okay so here's the thing - there is soo much to see and time is limited, so if you're into history - start at the museum. Do the (impressive!) library, Energy Center etc. and all the other stuff after that. That stuff is free - but the museum's ticket isn't included in the tour. It's was around USD$10 and soooo worth it. Hasher waits for you in the cafe and you basically get free reign to run around this cultural playground. He even bought me coffee! I cannot recommend this tour enough. Don't think - just book - it is MORE than worth it.

Worthwhile tour - Hasher is a professional. He is a careful driver with good commentary along the way. He answered questions prior to my trip before I arrived in the country. The trip was at a good pace and very informative and interesting. He also has a very comfortable vehicle. He's a native of the country and full of information. I would recommend him for this tour or one for Bahrain.

Very professional and well worth the price! - We are two girls (26-28 years old) from Scandinavia who did this tour with Hasher in October 2023 and we couldn’t be more satisfied. It was very professionally handled from beginning til end, with communication and information before pick-up and an excellent guide experience throughout the day. We had lots of questions and Hasher answered them all with enthusiasm, while adding in interesting and fun facts as we went along. The activities were great as well, with the highlight being the visit to the caves and the traditional food. Hasher also made sure we had drinks and snacks for the longer drives between activities. Highly recommended!

Great day trip to see Saudi Arabia - Perfect day trip from Bahrain to Saudi Arabia by car. There’s fun ATV desert ride in the early morning, followed by a visit to the Al Qarah Mountain, then crossing the desert to the coastal city of Damman. A very special and delicious authentic Saudi lunch is included. My tour guide Hasher is knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. Highly recommended if you want to sample the beautiful and hospitable Kingdom in a day. Tip: get the aVisa online to save time at the border. It takes 10 minutes to fill out the form and a copy of the visa will be sent back in 5 minutes. The immigration officer only needs to see the eVisa from the mobile phone. Very easy and stress free.

A brilliant day out in a beautiful country - In terms of our guide, Hasher, he picked us up promptly, looked after us like a gent, was full of information and happy to chat and answer all the questions we had, he was faultless as a guide, just brilliant. He kept us hydrated and took us for a traditional feast for lunch so we were never hungry. The tour itself was exceptional. The border crossing over the causeway to start the day was very exciting. We then quad biked through the Saudi Arabian dessert which was brilliant fun. We had a short camel ride before heading to the ‘land of civilisation’ to explore some unique scenery and caves. Our final stop was the heritage village in Dammam, where we visited the museum and had lunch. We then returned to our hotels front door. If you have a spare day in your visit to Bahrain and feel like experiencing a new country, then I would highly recommend this tour and any tours provided by Hasher.

Amazing - It was a great experience, visiting the ancient caves and the heritage site with tasty food and full of entertainment. The weather was good too on the day of our visit which made the whole trip more enjoyable. The train journey from Dammam to AlAhsa was great followed by the caves then back to dammam towards the heritage village where we got to eat the tasty and delicious saudi cuisine then a visit to the museum followed by the desert trip.

A short road trip with friends - There were 4 of us who visited the Al Qarah caves located in Al Hassa province of KSA (eastern province) in December 2022. It took us about 3 hours from Bahrain to the site, including the immigration time at the Bahrain-Saudi causeway (border). The drive was amazing, had a good coffee once we arrived and the site seeing took us about 1.5 hrs. The caves was an amazing experience, takes one back into the history. Authorities have preserved this site in a very well structured manner and its a must visit. Truly Enjoyed! 😎
