Making a Reservation

A variety of options are available, depending on the destination, meeting time, and maximum capacity.

Operating Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with departures every hour
(For Kansai Airport only: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

Maximum Capacity:

• 1–4 guests: 4 guests + 6 suitcases
• 5–8 guests: 8 guests + 10 suitcases

Please be sure to select the most suitable option. Please remember to include the address or hotel name of your destination.

Boarding the Vehicle

The driver will arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, holding a name board for easy identification. In the unlikely event that the driver cannot find you, they will reach out via WhatsApp or text message, so please keep your smartphone available.

Getting Off the Vehicle

Please double-check that you have not left any belongings behind, especially your smartphone or purse. If something is left behind, contact the driver as soon as possible. As long as you have not yet departed from Japan, the item can be sent to your next destination via cash on delivery (this requires at least a two-day interval).

In Japan, securing a free van or mini-bus type vehicle at the last minute can be quite challenging. During peak times, you might have to wait up to two hours to get one. A sedan-type taxi can only accommodate up to three guests and two to three suitcases. Therefore, booking the right vehicle in advance is essential.

Additionally, in Japan, we are a formal transfer company that manages licensed vehicles. However, there are instances where groups illegally dispatch unlicensed cars. Booking these vehicles could lead to significant issues.

We guarantee a comfortable transfer experience.

• We welcome manual wheelchair, but not electric one because of accommodation reason.
