- Mount Fuji - Embark on a day trip from Tokyo to explore Mt. Fuji viewing spots and Hakone. This private charter tour includes an English-speaking guide who will introduce you to beautiful locations with enthusiasm. The itinerary is fully customizable, and suggestions are welcome. Recommended itinerary includes Mt. Fuji and Hakone: Lake Kawaguchi, Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Kachi Kachi Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Lake Ashi, Owakudani, with hotel drop-off at 6:30 PM. For the Mt. Fuji area only, the suggested itinerary includes Mt. Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting), Lake Kawaguchi, Kachi Kachi Ropeway, Kita Hongou Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Oishi Park, and Arashiyama Sengen Shrine, depending on time and customer preferences. Please note, only one itinerary can be selected.
- Mt. Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station - This is the final point accessible by car on Mt. Fuji. Please be aware of weather conditions. During the hiking season, access to the 5th Station is restricted, and a shuttle bus costing 2100¥ per person is required.
- Lake Kawaguchi Ohashi Bridge - Lake Kawaguchi is one of the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji in Japan. It is a popular tourist spot known for its stunning views and outdoor activities. Would you like more information about its location, history, or available activities?
- Oishi Park - Located on the north shore of Kawaguchiko, Oishi Park offers a magnificent view of the lake and Mt. Fuji simultaneously. Various flowers bloom along the lakeside promenade according to the season. On sunny days, many photographers capture images of Mt. Fuji, the lake, and flowers from early morning. The park features a large free parking area and is a popular rest stop for cyclists and motorcyclists.
The seasonal blooms, expansive lake scenery, and breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji are unique to Oishi Park. A leisurely stroll along the flower-lined promenade with Mt. Fuji in view is calming.
350-meter-long Flowers Road
On the west side of Oishi Park, “Flowers Road” offers colorful blooms throughout the season. At the end of Flowers Road, Kochia (summer cypress) covers the area from summer to autumn, making it a favored photo spot.
- Arakurayama Sengen Park - Situated in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, Arakurayama Sengen Park is renowned for the Chureito Pagoda, a five-storied pagoda overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji. The park is especially popular during cherry blossom season (typically mid-April) when over 600 cherry trees bloom, creating a stunning backdrop for the pagoda and Mount Fuji. Visitors must climb a steep staircase of 398 steps to reach the pagoda, but the view from the top is considered one of Japan’s finest.
In addition to the pagoda, the park includes the Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, part of a larger shrine complex dedicated to the worship of Mount Fuji. The park is a favorite among photographers for its breathtaking views, particularly during cherry blossom season and autumn when the leaves change color.
- Oshino Hakkai - Oshino Hakkai is a charming attraction in Japan’s Fuji Five Lakes region, featuring eight clear ponds and traditional thatched-roof buildings. Visitors can enjoy peaceful walks, stunning views of Mount Fuji, and a glimpse into Japan’s traditional rural life. The ponds are fed by snowmelt from Mount Fuji, creating a serene and picturesque setting. A visit to Oshino Hakkai offers a tranquil nature escape in a culturally rich area.
- Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine - Also known as the Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine, the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine is the main Sengen Shrine on the north side of Mt. Fuji in Japan. Established in CE 100, the shrine is dedicated to Konohanasakuya-hime, the Shinto goddess of Mt. Fuji. The shrine has a rich history and has played a significant role in the development of Shintoism in Japan.
