⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Outstanding Icefields Parkway Tour with Chuck!* - We had the absolute pleasure of doing the Icefields Parkway tour with Sundog Tours, and what made it truly unforgettable was our guide, Chuck. From the moment we set off, Chuck brought the entire journey to life with his exceptional narration. His deep knowledge of the region’s history, geology, and wildlife made every moment along the Parkway feel meaningful and connected. He didn’t just point out the landmarks — he wove stories around them, giving us insight into how the landscape was shaped over millions of years, the people who lived here before us, and the environmental significance of the places we visited. Chuck struck the perfect balance between informative and engaging, sharing facts in a way that was never dry or overwhelming. His passion for the Rockies was infectious, and it made us see the mountains, lakes, and glaciers with fresh eyes. If you’re lucky enough to have Chuck as your guide, you’re in for an exceptional experience. This wasn’t just a scenic drive — it was an inspiring and immersive journey, and we are so grateful for his knowledge and enthusiasm. Thank you, Chuck and Sundog Tours, for a day we won’t forget!

The majestic Rockies, Waterfalls and Ice Fields - That’s the way to move to another town. Norm, our guide, picked us up and in his cool laid back way, introduced us to our day. He was so enthusiastic, knowledgable, and had stories and anecdotes to share in abundance. Can’t think of a better way to have see the Rockies and Ice Fields.

Banff to Jasper - Tom picked us up promptly from our hotel, stored our luggage safely and we were on our way to jasper. We had lots of interesting stops on the way and finally arrived at the Athabasca Glacier and skywalk tour which was amazing and well worth a visit. Tom was very knowledgeable and genuinely loved the national parks of Banff and Jasper. The Athabasca waterfalls were spectacular. I would definitely recommend Tom and Sundog Tours. Thank you Tom for an amazing day.

Chuck adds to an already incredible your. - This was a very entertaining tour, made perfect by our tour guide Chuck. Chuck’s knowledge was simply extraordinary but he never spoke down to us, explaining things in a very understandable way. He gave sufficient information to be thoughtful on some of the environmental issues, but he was always objective. Chuck made the tour amazing.

One of my most memorable days ever - One of the most memorable days of my life. Unmatched scenery all day. A comfortable bus. Dave was a great guide, sharing his love for his home region while keeping us safe and well informed. The glacier walk was memorable. And as we came near to Jasper we saw a black bear. Finally, all the administration was right too - the speaker system in the bus was clear, the packed lunch was good and the pre-event comms worked well.

What a great day out! - Our guide, Dave, made the whole experience so informative and fun! It's a long journey that went so quickly with lovely and interesting stops and an incredible time on Athabasca glacier. It was a great blend of sights and experiences and the icing on the cake was seeing bears! Thank you Dave for such a entertaining and informative day.

Banff to Jasper Icefield Tour - Chuck was absolutely wonderful in providing an educational and informative drive along the Columbia Icefield Parkway. His speaking manor was calm, clear, and pleasant. I learned more on his tour than a year in college earth science! He was careful to make sure how much time we had at each photo op and explained the visitor process at the icefield centre. The lunches were tasty and ample, and the coach was very comfortable.

Great journey from Banff to Jasper with Dave - Sundog Banff to Jasper 1 day - The tour bus was comfortable with plenty of leg room. Everything was well organised and went to plan. Dave was an amazing tour guide and driver- he looked after us very well with lots of great information along the way and a very good sense of humour. He was very knowledgeable about the history, geology and wildlife of the area. He kept an eye out for wildlife and made a couple of extra stops so we could see bears. We saw some amazing sights along the way in beautiful blue skies and sunshine. Unfortunately, it was grey and raining horizontally when we were on the glacier which made it a cold and wet experience.
