Wicked! - Honestly this was such a cool experience! The whole experience was incredibly interesting. The dome was such a great way to visually move through our universe and understand it in its magnitude. Although there was cloud cover and we weren’t able to use the telescope the presentations on the Auroras, meteors, and the telescope photo presentation from Jake and Casey was still worth it. Will be returning to use the telescope!

Eye-opening and informative - A fantastic experience at the Jasper Planetarium tonight - eye-opening and informative - loved the power of storytelling and the knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff, especially Jake. Unfortunately, the clouds didn’t clear for star gazing and dancing auroras, but we still left with a feeling of awe and wonder. Thank you! 🙏

Wow - What a terrific experience. Informative, entertaining and unique. All the team presenting the tour were helpful and obviously love what they do. Almost on cue, the cloudy skies cleared and enabled us to look at the moon, Saturn and twin star systems through the telescopes. Even more on cue, the Northern Lights made an appearance. Amazing. Our 90 minute tour ended up being 2 hours. A fantastic experience

Astronomical views and phenomenal voice! - The team there was very helpful to me with my mobility issues and I was able to enjoy the show and participate. The only disappointment was not being able to see Jupiter, but i guess it wasn't in our sky that night. Great fun! The narrator had a phenomenal voice, smooth like velvet, almost lulled me to sleep. He could easily market his gift on the world stage.

A starry night needed - It was very much aimed at children. We picked a cloudy evening so not much to see. The set up could be smarter. It seemed a bit shabby. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic. A wonderful location if you pick al cold clear night

Rude and not what I expected - Our email confirmation told us to come 10 minutes prior to our time. We were actually that 10 minutes late due to Elk being on the highway and traffic being stopped. The instructions were not clear on where to check in. We asked a staff person where our activity was and he showed us. We did walk in after they had just started. The narrator asked our names. Told us we were too early for our scheduled time and we should leave until our 9:45 pm time. There were possibly 6 people in a pop up tent made to be a planetarium. He asked a gentleman and his young son to stop whispering and leave. My reservation were for 9:00 pm on my email confirmation.. I did find the actual planetarium “check in” site and inquired as to time and our being dismissed. I was told unfortunately my reservation was for 9:45 pm so if I didn’t mind waiting for the 9;45 pm session I could go. We left and went back to our hotel. I can’t say if the actual presentation is good or not. I can say it is not in a planetarium but a tent with a slide show. Definitely not what I thought I was paying $279.00 for 4 people for.
