1. The driver team will reach out to you after your arrival.
2. Due to the busy nature of the airport, there are two pickup options:

• Your driver will wait in front of the indoor meeting hall with a nameplate.
• You can wait at the exit, and your driver will pick you up immediately (this is more convenient as it avoids walking to the parking lot).

3. Your driver will wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to allow time for immigration and customs clearance. If more time is needed, please contact us. As long as we can reach you, we will ensure the meeting happens.

4. Please inform us immediately if your flight is delayed or rescheduled to the next day. We provide additional services at no extra charge.
