Full day jeri - Excellent driving from the closing of the package with the attendees who were super attentive, until the end of the tour, a special thanks to André who led the whole tour in a very human way, explaining the culture of the place and indicating sights and tips.

Jeri is Jeri - Impressed with the beauty of the Dunes and the village of Jeri. Voltaria fácil. I want to spend a week in this paradise. I've never seen a sunset so beautiful.

- I like it! The staff at Vitorino Tourism is very helpful. I suggest, just review the stops for coffee and dinner - the options could be better.

Good but with details to improve - The places of the tour are very nice and worth visiting. However, we believe that there were some details that need to be clarified. They told us they were picking us up at 3:30am but ended up passing 4:15. I understand that they must stop by several hotels, however considering that it is very early it would be good if they were more accurate with the pickup schedule. Another point they do not mention is that although they say that we have to pay 41.5 of the tourist tax, they made us pay 180 reais more to access the Blue Buraco and the lagoon, it does not clarify anywhere and we understood that it was included in what we had paid. The guide only accompanies you on the trip from Fortaleza to the first stop, then you are referred with another guide from another company and if you are not attentive to the other tourists who are with you they do not worry to see that you are present. Finally, a fact that would seem like personal experience at the first time but which we later found not to be so is that the seats of the bus were broken, we tested THREE and did not recline. In a 4 1/2-hour journey it makes a difference.

Jericoacoará - The experience was fantastic, the guide Raian Souza very well disposed, the must-see places, unique and unmissable, but the transport from Fortaleza to Jericoacoará, was not comfortable, and at one point smelled bad. The rest excellent.

Family trip - It is a very long tour almost 10 hours between round trip, the guide well, bus driver well only too fast to meet the time makes the trip unsafe, we went to the lagoon do Paraíso is very nice, you get into a spa where you can occupy bathrooms, everything else in commercial only we were two hours so it is almost obligatory to buy something, then we went to lagoon blue but it is not worth it is a large artificial pool blue but the water was not clean, then we went to the lazy tree which is also not very interesting the next stop was the village of Jricoacoara there we were only one hour and I think it is worth being at least three hours, the village is beautiful full of restaurants and shops to look at the beach looked incredible would take out the tree and lagoon blue and occupy that time in Jeri. The end takes you to see the sunset that is very nice place in the dunes, all this in a transformed van with seats in their pick up, they look safe but the speed in which they drive and recklessness make it dangerous especially if you go with children. Jericoacoara is beautiful not worth going for a day you do not get to know and enjoy the village.

A frustrating experience - I was very eager for the experience, but a few things happened before and during which I was a little disappointed with the Enterprise and the ride itself. First, a day before the trip, I was advised that it would be carried out by a partner Enterprise - which is not very serious, but I did not know this new Enterprise and did not take it as good news, because I usually evaluate the companies with which I intend to buy the Service, so in the case, I was forced to accept a company that I had not done this rating first of all if I wanted to continue with the trip. Second, on the day of the trip, when the bus went to pick up the passengers at the hotel, it was with 3 or 4 broken armchairs, forcing passengers who would be more than 3 hours there to go through a discomfort completely without justification. In addition, during the first two hours inside the bus, me and the other passengers noticed that the air conditioning burned (because we heard a noise and the smell of burned) and the bus was so mugged, for a very long journey, that it caused me to fall asleep by low pressure. And in Third party, I expected more interaction from the guide. In the end, he was there more to talk the schedules of going away and that's it. I expected something more informative and lively. But maybe that was more of my personal expectation. After all, they are beautiful places and worth a visit for those who have never been. But overall, I was frustrated - and afraid of the precarious bus - and I don't know if I would recommend it (including, I canceled another purchase I had made for Enterprise to visit 3 other beaches for fear of frustrating me too).

There are points to improve - At first the service was bad, but I kept the tour, the bus was a minibus and was very hot, even after requesting to increase the power of the air conditioner, compared to other excursions of the same day, was the worst. In contrast, the Junior guide was a loving person, very friendly and attentive, the tours are wonderful and the stay time in each is ideal to enjoy the place and get to know the others.

Poor company - I should have been hired by the reception in Fortaleza, if I have already paid for the services of the Enterprise Vitorino Tourism for a trip in Jericoacoara, where I agreed to take a trip back and forth from the Enterprise from Fortaleza, take a trip to the east and west side and take a daily trip in a lodge, it happens that with less than 24 hours in advance I was unilaterally notified by the Enterprise Vitorino Tourism for a trip via whatsapp that my trip would be carried out by another Enterprise, this other Enterprise would not take a trip with a lower standard, and in case this trip is already paid well below the price of this type of trip, or if we were to pay more for a trip in the morning, we would have to leave the items in the bedroom, we would have to leave them in the bedroom.
