Jetski Life - The excursion was very fun. The only complaint was my driver wasn't available until 45 minutes after my excursion therefore, I walked back to the resort.

Super fun! - It was a great way to spend half a day. We did the 30 min experience. Just make sure you know that the insurance is not included in the price. The round trip transportation was great!

- Diego was AMAZING!! We really enjoyed the Jet skis. Jose took our pictiand captured us with the drone, and although some of the pi6were blurry, they really captured the fun we had. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Get ready to have fun!!!

Terrible - Jet Ski Rental – Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
We had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental company in Cabo this past Saturday, and I feel compelled to share this to help others avoid what we went through.
When we arrived, the manager informed us we’d need to wait about 30 minutes because another group was still out on the jet skis. That was fine. During the wait, we completed the required waivers and were offered insurance—which we declined, as this wasn’t our first time riding.
Once it was our turn, the staff simply pointed us toward the jet skis and told our group of eight to hop on—no inspection, no check-out process, no walk-around to document the condition of the equipment. They didn’t check the jet skis after the previous riders, nor did they check them before sending us out.
After our 30-minute ride, I returned to find the staff surrounding one of the jet skis, claiming there was damage. It turned out to be a superficial scuff—something that could be wiped off with a towel or buffed out easily. Despite this, they initially claimed it would cost $800, then dropped it to $500. They said the jet ski would be “out of commission for five days”—but magically, that same ski was back out on the water within 30 minutes.
To make matters worse, the group member who had used that particular ski recorded his entire ride. The video clearly showed no impact or damage took place, and the small crack they pointed out was already there before he got on. Yet they still charged us.
This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of tourists. There was zero accountability on their end to document the condition of the equipment beforehand, yet full blame was placed on us afterward.
If you do choose to rent from this company, I strongly advise demanding a pre- and post-ride inspection and taking thorough photos or videos of your assigned jet ski before riding. Otherwise, you may find yourself in the same situation—being charged for damage you didn’t cause.
Extremely disappointing experience. Not worth the stress or the $500.

Worst experience - My recent jet ski experience in Cabo on Saturday was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about this company’s professionalism and customer service practices.
Upon arrival, we were informed by the manager that we would need to wait approximately 30 minutes because another group was still using the jet skis. That was understandable, and during that time, we completed the required waiver and were offered insurance, which we declined as this was not our first time participating in this activity.
When it was time to head out, the manager simply pointed at the jet skis for our group of eight to use—there was no formal check-out process or inspection of the equipment from the previous riders. No walk-around, no documentation of the condition of the machines. We were just sent on our way.
After completing our 30-minute ride, I returned to find several staff members gathered around a jet ski, claiming there was damage. Upon inspection, the “damage” appeared to be a surface-level scuff—something that could easily be removed with a towel or buffer. Nonetheless, they claimed it would cost $800, then later reduced it to $500.
What’s most frustrating is that a member of our group had filmed their entire ride, and the video clearly showed no impact or damage occurred during their use. Moreover, the crack they were referencing was visibly present before he got on the jet ski. Despite this, the staff insisted on charging us, citing the ski would be out of commission for five days. However, within 30 minutes, the same jet ski was back in use—a clear contradiction.
This situation felt unprofessional and, frankly, like a scheme to extract money from customers. We left feeling taken advantage of, and $500 lighter over a baseless claim.
