From airport to hotel:

• The driver will be waiting for the passenger at the airport arrival exit or hotel lobby with a name tag. The waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. The pickup name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided.

From hotel to airport:

• The driver will collect the name tag and wait in the hotel lobby. The pickup time is 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. The pickup name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided.

Note:

• Tip is not included.
• Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival. After this period, the vehicle will be canceled.
• Large baggage service is not included.
• If the flight is delayed, the flight information will be checked and the pickup time adjusted accordingly. Only the flight information printed on the voucher can be checked.
• If a driver cannot be located for any reason, it is the passenger’s responsibility to call for assistance using the phone number on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
• The booking must be modified immediately if the pickup/drop-off information changes.
• Unless otherwise specified, only one medium-sized baggage item may be transported per person. Small baggage must be small enough to be placed on the knees. If the baggage exceeds the vehicle space, it is the passenger’s responsibility to pay the taxi fare to transport the baggage.
