Under the guidance of an English-speaking instructor, you will engage in Taichi exercises. The instructor will provide hands-on direction for approximately two hours. During this session, you will be introduced to fundamental Taichi techniques, learning to synchronize your breathing with your movements, including the appropriate times to inhale and exhale, as well as the rhythm of your breath.
By mirroring the instructor’s movements and using a mirror for comparison, you will be able to see and correct any discrepancies in your form.
The session will also cover strategies for incorporating Taichi into your ongoing wellness routine.
Please note that this activity is conducted in a group setting, not one-on-one.

During the 2-hour Taichi session, participants will engage in both intense physical and mental exercises, followed by a complete relaxation of the entire body. This experience offers a delightful and authentic Chinese Taichi practice.
Whether in the practice room or the scenic rooftop garden, participants will follow the coach’s movements to the sound of traditional Chinese Guzhen music. The coach demonstrates in front of the group, with a large mirror on the wall allowing participants to observe both their own movements and those of the coach. The coach can immediately correct any incorrect movements by providing hands-on guidance.
Participants will not only learn the correct movements but also how to properly adjust their breathing during practice, along with gaining valuable insights to help guide their regular Taichi practice.
