Amazing - The most enjoyabe tour i have ever joined. Fre is really kind and attentive woman who is really care us every moment. She always asked about how the tour was going. She solved all our problems and assured us calling and texting any moment we need. They pick and drop us to the airport. Service is amazing. Our guide is amazing man we loved him. Evetyhing is really perfect dont hesitate to join this tour.

Omo Valley - ETT is an amazing travel agency, I think it must be the best agency in all of Ethiopia. We went to Omo Valley and several other cities. We visited the tribes in the south of the country and the churches high in the mountains. The tour guides are fantastic. They were a lot of fun and made our trip incredible, I highly recommend them!

Amazing Tribes of the Omo Valley. - I always wanted to travel to the Omo Valley, and I booked this trip with Ett and and it went more than what I had expected, I took a flight to Jinka and they picked me up from Jinka Airport and directly drove me to the tribes and visited as it was stated on the schedule. They were always on time, I really enjoyed the tour so much.

The trip was absolutely incredible. - The trip was absolutely incredible. So well planned to minimize travel time and maximize experiences. I cannot say enough amazing things about our travel planner from this tour company. She arranged for us everything and we drive to every tribes we wanted to visit and it was so amazing.

Great tour with ETT Travel - We booked with Ethio Travel and Tours in Addis Ababa (Mrs. Muna Seifu) a private tour including Addis Ababa, Lalibela and 3 days Omo Valley ! It was an incredibly impressive trip which was perfectly organized by Muna from ETT Travel. Everything worked wonderfully, the drivers and guides were top and the value for money excellent. We will book again with ETT Travel and can highly recommend this agency.

So amazing culture - The Omo valley trip was so amazing everything was arranged flawlessly, we have traveled through the villages and have experienced the amazing culture of the villagers. It really was the most interesting experience with ETT.

Good tour but need to deal with company properly - Did different tour with this company prior to Omo Valley. All was well, so I thought I will do another tour with them. Tour itself is good. Love the driver that look after us (we almost got scammed by the local tour guide when we visited tribe's market). But the arrangement from the company can be improved. Company is so quick when it comes to client making payment, but no response when it comes to question/issue. No details on whats included in the fee (even though I have asked).Since this is last minute, I need to book the spot quickly (prior tour with this company was good. So I trusted them). When I arrive destination, just found out none of the meals are included and need to pay for every single village or tribe's market visited.Thank God I have cash (and another traveller was kind enough to pay for me on last day of the tour since I have no more cash). Asked the company why never respond to my question and that the sudden expenses make me feel like this company is not being transparent/operating in good faith (no response, of course). Other travellers in the group was also requested to pay extra for meals, fortunately they had handwritten-paper from company as proof that meals are included. But this takes 30-45min to sort out and frustrated traveller (the driver need to confirm back and forth with the company since the driver did not receive any details prior to tour). For you all travellers, ensure you have proof of whats your payment for. Just because you had good experience with them previously, it doesnt mean they will give same service on the next tour.

Avoid Ethio Tours!! - DO NOT BOOK any tour with Ethio Tours (ET). If booking via Viator make sure it’s not Ethio Tours. I gave 3 stars to acknowledge the driver’s, Biniam, effort to manage the ever changing itinerary by Ethio Tours. ET never replied to my message requesting confirmation and started changing the itinerary a night before departure. Required us to drive on a very rough road for 8 hours, starting the journey at 5:30PM in the morning to catch a 1AM flight. The company does NOT have the clients interest, and kept repeating they know best. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Completely ignores itinerary and specified options and no after-sales follow-up. It sucks. - It's the worst travel agency to throw the local driver off the hook with complete disregard for the itinerary and options they've promised in advance. Never organize tours with this company. I had them arrange a tour (3 nights + 4 wheel drive + driver + local guide) from Jinka to Albaminchi while visiting ethnic minority villages via Konso and Tsurumi, but the tour was just too bad, as the designated hotel was not booked and full, the 4 wheel drive was not given out locally and was a minivan, and the driver immediately got angry and started fighting with people around him. We will not take any action at all when we file a complaint with ET. Ignoring the itinerary, which was supposed to have been arranged in advance, was particularly harsh. On the last day, we were supposed to arrive in Albaminche in the evening and see the sights the next day, but because the driver had changed his itinerary the day before, we couldn't get to Albaminche, so we were sent to stay in a town on the way, but we were sent to stay in an inn that was very dirty and where the ladybugs were infested. It was a very miserable inn, like everything was dirty and the truck driver was looking for an empty room at night. It kept me awake and I had no time to spend sightseeing in Albaminche before heading straight to the airport. You can't trust this company at all, so let's stop using it. Unfortunately, if you have already booked, you should at least pay the price after the tour is complete.
