Immaculate service for private transfers in Joao Pessoa - I would like to express my gratitude for the dedication, agility and excellent support provided by Camila from Luck. The service was extremely personalized and dedicated to the guests of the Ba’ra Hotel, which made all the difference in the experience. Luke is the best receptive in the whole northeast. Need to expand to more regions soon. - We had an excellent welcome by the guide Jamile right at the airport of João Cover. We did several tours with guides Nathalia, Irlha, Alexandre (?) , and transfer out with a very attentive boy, I don't remember the name. Everything was so good!!!

Very good - The Enterprise managed to deliver its services with high quality, punctuality and safety. All the tours were very good with guides who accompanied us at all times. The photo partner Enterprise, Eternizzy, also helped us very well, both in taking the photos with photographer Adnilson and in choosing them in the store with David.

Organization leaves to be desired - Positive points: The guides are undoubtedly the highlight of the experience. Funny, attentive and always trying to bypass the frustrations of tourists — often caused by the lack of organization of the agency.
Negative points: Already on arrival at the airport we had a downtime: our name was not on the transfer list. Fortunately, there were other people who also hired the service and managed to assign us in the van — a situation that already signaled the agency's disorganization. Sales team communication is flawed and omits important information. Most of the time of the tours is spent inside the van, with little real time at the destinations. The "coqueirail trail", for example, was disappointing: a lot of time in the buggy and stops in places with ungrateful food. On some tours, there are stops at the Lovina restaurant, which I consider a hole. Even though it’s a local law, artistic couvert is mandatory — even if you don’t like music or just want to hear the sound of the sea.
The ride to Cabaceiras was especially frustrating. We left the hotel at 6:50 and spent more than an hour just looking for guests. The driver lost several times, despite the guide's instructions, and we only managed to reach the destination around 12:30. We had to have lunch very late, around 3:00 p.m., and then climb the Moor of Father Matthew with full belly — which caused a lot of discomfort. The ride was super rushed and we had to keep charging the driver to not miss the sunset. To complete, there was still a problem with the van's tire, and while the guide calibrated at the station, the driver was busy taking selfies. In addition, we were not informed in advance about the fee of R$ 60.00 per person to climb the Lajedo do Pai Mateus and watch the sunset. This unexpected extra charge caused even more frustration.
On the return, the logistics again left to be desired. For three times I communicated to the agency the time of my departure flight and my concern about the tight time. Still, the transfer went to pick up other passengers who did not meet the agreed schedule, which left us extremely tight. We arrived at the airport running, with almost 20 minutes to boarding — an extremely stressful situation that could have been avoided with a minimum of organization.
Summary: Despite the efforts of the guides, the experience was compromised by disorganization, poorly planned logistics and lack of transparency. The agency needs to improve a lot if it wants to offer really pleasant and well-used tours.

Bad receptive! Looks like public transport - Oh, bad!!! The transfer looks like a public transport!! It is a bus that goes through several hotels in the city!!! A journey from the hotel to the airport that takes 35 minutes it spends 1:40h to do!! Also, if you need to ship a suitcase arrives with little free time at the airport!! Terrible!! The bus is full!!!!

Not meeting schedules as promised - The transfer Service left nothing to be desired in terms of punctuality. Both the transfer of the tours and the transfer from the hotel to the airport, there were delays that caused disturbances.
The last one, scheduled for 14:25, was delayed for more than 15 minutes, which generated concerns, especially because it was the route to the airport.
The Enterprise needs to improve schedule compliance, as punctuality is fundamental for those who trust this type of Service.
