Natural swimming pool of Seixas - The tour was an excellent experience.
I was taken care of by photographer Andreyck, very professional. In the store I was treated by Nayara very friendly and receptive.

Excellent! - That was great! Mr Afonso served us very well! We made the transfer to the lovina restaurant where we walked from catamaran to the natural pools.

Praia do Jacaré - The attendance from the beginning in the chat, until the conversations in the whatts app was perfect!The two guides who attended us ( Lucas - who took us on 4 tours - and a gentleman who forgot the name, who took us to Lucena, are excellent professionals!The only detail we did not like were the presentations on the boat on Jacaré beach; casual, nothing funny...And also the boat itself to watch the musician is dispensable,because it is possible to watch on the pier.

. - I thought it was cooler, but the weather was cloudy and my family didn't like it much. There's a lot, a lot of stone, so you can't walk right in the natural pools. The place is beautiful, but I expected more, I think it is only worth it on sunny days and when the tide is very low.

Negative! - Negative experience as to explain in the sale of the tour, should explain that on this date there is no way to see the pools and etc. Passeio returned earlier due to rain and in the restaurant also anticipated the exit. Which frustrates guests who want to make better use of the time and value invested. I do not recommend the Enterprise!

Place of stop probably wasn't exactly where the pools are located. Medium support point - The tour includes a Mansear catamaran, which belongs to Luck. The tide was low, at 0.3, according to the tide table provided by the Navy. However, the place where the catamaran stopped should not be exactly where the pools are, it was a much deeper depth, many people couldn't even get down, because there was no foot. My sister has 1.66 and kept the water at the height of the neck, I have 1.51, and I only managed to go down using a bow. Never a tide at 0.3 gets this way, I've done a walk in pools in other places with the tide a little above that and never was like that. Other catamaranes depart towards the pools, some even depart from Cabo Branco, and no other has stopped at the same place as Mansear. Unfortunately it was not possible to enjoy the tour, even consulted previously the tide board, which is highly reliable. On a next occasion I will again consult the tide and choose to take the tour with another Enterprise.
The restaurant point of support, the Lovina has a beautiful view, but that's all. The care is time-consuming, small portions and the staff unattended.

Disrespect for the human being (client) - I want to make a complaint:
Today I am on the swimming pool tour.
The tourist guide called arrived at the hotel, I was at the end of my manha coffee, the same passed through the door and saw me immediately saying that I was going to imbora.
I was with a slice of cake in my mouth, I said that *I would swallow and pick up a wardrobe to take.* Meanwhile, she said that she would not wait and went on the bus.
*I had to run behind to get on the bus* .
He was claiming that no one on the bus had coffee.
This is not this.
It is the abrupt and even aggressive way that approached me.
_Either I swallowed what was already in my mouth, or I missed the bus.
