Wadi Rum Protected Area - Recently designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Wadi Rum showcases extraordinary natural beauty and cultural importance. Inhabited since prehistoric times, it gained fame from Lawrence of Arabia, who spent time there during the Arab Revolt of 1916 against the Ottomans. It is Jordan’s largest desert and one of the world’s most stunning desert landscapes. From the terrain, flora, and fauna, to the sites and the culture of the local Bedouins, there is much to explore in Rum, whether on a jeep tour, camel trek, hike, or even a hot-air balloon ride. Arrive at your camp in the heart of the desert for dinner and an overnight stay.

Wadi Rum - Aqaba

Aqaba - Aqaba is a Jordanian port city on the Red Sea’s Gulf of Aqaba. Inhabited since 4000 B.C., it features the Islamic-era Aqaba Fort. Its beach resorts are popular for windsurfing and other water sports, and the area is a prime destination for scuba divers, with notable dive sites including the Yamanieh coral reef in the Aqaba Marine Park, south of the city.
