Spencer is the best! - Our guide, Spencer , was super attentive and knew the answers to every question we had about the park. He definitely made the trip super fun. He picked us up right on time and we wasted no time as soon as we entered the park. He would let us relax at some spots and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent knowledge of the park. Lovely tour guide. Highly recommend. - This was a fantastic introduction to Joshua Tree National Park. I was a solo traveller and didn't want to explore it on my own, but mostly, I wanted to understand the history of the park, the various animals that call it home and how the eco-system works. I was not disappointed! Spencer was not only lovely but incredibly knowledgeable about everything, from Lichens and dirt to the development of the rock formations, and, of course, the Joshua Trees themselves. I highly recommend this trip. The communication was excellent. The meeting point was very easy to find. And each of the stops just got better and better. Don't hesitate. Book this trip!

Interesting tour of Joshua Tree park - Spencer was very knowledgeable and gave us fascinating information about the park. He was very personable and kept me informed of tour details prior to the tour. We were provided water bottles and snacks. Great tour.

Great way to see the park in a shorter amount of time - I had a fantastic time. This was a great way to see the park, especially if you're only spending a day or less there. Spencer was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. A must-do when you're in the area!

Fnatiastic visit to Joshua Park - Spencer was fanastic. We went go amazing part of the park. We had rje opportunity to climb or walk on the desert. You can adjust the plan to your style.

Amazing Tour! - Our guide was exceptionally well versed in the national park and the land surrounding it! He was very cohesive in his explanation of the different wildlife and features of Joshua tree, would definitely recommend a tour to a friend.

Fantastic tour of Joshua Tree!!! - Spencer was fantastic! He took us to 6 places throughout the park that I know we wouldn’t have seen if we tried to do self guided tour! He was flexible and let us spend extra time climbing rocks and exploring! He was very knowledgeable about Joshua Tree and shared that info with us.

100% do this tour - Spencer is an amazing guide! I had issues in getting to pur meeting spot on the day and thought i was going to miss it but he came and picked me up, so greatful! He grew up in the area and knows it like the back of his hand, super knowledge.
There was no rush to hurry us around and we got to see parts of the desert less well trodden. April is an excellent time of the year to come visit too. Not too hot and the time the desert comes alive. 100% do this tour

Missed out - This trip looks like it would have been amazing, had we gotten to go. We showed up at our scheduled time, 8am, and no one was there. Contacted viator prior to ensure we had the correct time. Called viator back and they tried three times and were unable to reach the company. They then tried to make my mil feel stupid (I heard the man on the phone). He told them they showed up and waited for us. We stayed put until almost 9. Claims that viator just fills a time in and it’s not correct. Owner says he’ll try to figure out how to refund her. As a business owner myself, I know refunds are not that complicated. I’d recommend confirming with this company directly, and not viator. Obviously there is a communication problem.
