Experience Japan’s distinctive and traditional sport, Sumo, with an expert tour guide. If you’re visiting Japan in July, this is a must-see event! Sumo tournaments occur six times a year: three times in Tokyo, and once each in Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. Each tournament spans 15 days.

For those interested in witnessing sumo, it’s approximately a two-hour journey by Shinkansen from Tokyo, and about an hour from Kyoto. Take this chance to visit Nagoya and enjoy a sumo match!

Join your English-speaking guide and walk to the stadium. The guide will explain the essence of Sumo, its history, and rules before entering the venue, and will provide additional insights between matches.
