A Great Time Making Onigiri and Omelets at Izakaya Factory - I had an amazing time making onigiri and egg omelets at Izakaya Factory with Juri and Yujiro. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Both Juri and Yujiro were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, offering fantastic insight into the techniques behind creating these traditional Japanese dishes. They took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure we understood not only how to prepare the food but also the cultural significance behind it. The experience was super fun, and it felt like a unique hands-on opportunity to learn while having a great time with friends. The energy of the place was lively and inviting, and I really appreciated how the instructors made sure we were comfortable while honing our skills. Overall, I left with a sense of accomplishment, a full belly, and a smile. If you're looking for something fun, educational, and delicious, Izakaya Factory is definitely the place to be!

Make Japanese food in a izakaya - It is a great experience to participate in the workshop of this izakaya. The chef teaches the course in English and it is easy to understand. We prepare dashimaki, toriyaki and onigiri. At the end you can enjoy the food you prepared in a good atmosphere. If you like Japanese food you should attend this experience.

First time Izakaya food making - Getting to the shop was a bit of a challenge but luckily someone led us to the entrance. The shop has a nice modern aesthetic but it offers authentic Izakaya atmosphere too. The chef was an English speaker so it’s not hard to understand or follow instructions him and the staff were nice. The dishes were fairly easy to make so it would be recommended even for those who don’t know how to make. I would definitely go again with my friends next time to let them try making some Japanese Izakaya food.

Authentic Izakaya Experience You can make it, you can eat it! - The first experience of an izakaya was really interesting! After enjoying the mood of the staff of the izakaya by actually going into the kitchen and grilling yakitori, making the standard dashi-maki tamago and onigiri in the izakaya, the izakaya rice eaten with my friends was exceptional️Finally, I also received the certificate and recipe of the izakaya master️It is highly recommended for those who love the izakaya and want to eat delicious izakaya food themselves.

Special Izakaya Experience Making sweet snacks. - It was a lot of fun. It was my first time making yakitori, but it was difficult to put it on a skewer. I thought I could do it at home now. It was also good to have a variety of ingredients and be able to make rice balls with the ingredients I like. The length of the experience was just right.
