At Flow, the contemporary taproom, guests are welcomed into a rarely accessible, intimate environment. In this serene setting, they will delve into chōgō—the post-fermentation blending process, revealing a concealed layer of sake craftsmanship.
The experience, led by a brewery team member certified in WSET Level 3 Sake, starts with an informative English lecture on sake production and how techniques influence flavor. Participants will then sample five unique sakes: the flagship Jozen Mizuno Gotoshi and four others—highlighting dryness, sweetness, richness, and acidity—each showcasing a different flavor profile.
