・Sushi Making Course - 9 Nigiri-Sushi & 3 Gunkan-maki
・Temari-Sushi Making Course - 9 Temari-Sushi & 2 Gunkan-maki
・Sushi Roll Making Course (or Vegetarian Roll) - 12 Sushi Rolls & 3 Gunkan-maki
※For vegetarian options, please specify the number of vegetarian rolls in ‘Special requirements’.
※The kids’ course includes 9 pieces. If your child can eat 12 pieces, the adult course is suitable.

■SCHEDULE
90-minute session.
After a lecture on the history of Japanese cuisine and sushi, participants will enjoy a hands-on sushi-making experience, followed by savoring the sushi they have crafted!
