In this engaging cultural activity, participants will craft an Art Character Bento (Art Charaben) inspired by Bijinga, a traditional Japanese art style celebrating the beauty and grace of women.

Using rice as the canvas, participants will create a female portrait featuring expressive facial details and a traditional hairstyle, bringing Japanese art to life through culinary creativity. The use of vibrantly colored blue rice (tinted with butterfly pea) and carefully arranged ingredients results in a visually stunning and vibrant bento.
