• 2-chōme-5-1 Yoyogi - This experience offers an opportunity to learn the basics of authentic home-style Japanese cooking in or around Shinjuku, Tokyo, situated in the heart of the city.

Upon booking this class, participants can choose from four different menu options. Ingredients will be prepared in advance. (Note: This is applicable only if you or your group are the sole attendees on the day. If another group joins the class, menu selection may not be available.) All menus feature popular and renowned Japanese dishes. The activity lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, during which participants will cook and then enjoy the meal together.

Finally, if there are any food allergies, please inform us in advance. We can discuss the menu and available options to accommodate your needs.

In this class, we will prepare 3-4 different Japanese dishes. The focus is on Japanese home cooking, featuring familiar and popular dishes that are commonly enjoyed in Japan.

During the class, I will also share insights into Japanese food culture and the perspectives of Japanese people on food.

Recipes (in paper form) can be provided upon request, so you can recreate the dishes at home. :)
