During the 60-minute Wine Experience, participants will enjoy a guided tasting of five Japanese wines, each accompanied by fascinating details about its origin, grape variety, and production method. This interactive session encourages discussion, comparison of wine profiles, and a deeper understanding of how Japanese wines and their history differ from those of more familiar regions. The experience is paced to allow full appreciation of each wine, while also helping to develop a basic framework for tasting and evaluating wines. After the guided session, guests are welcome to continue exploring at their leisure, with additional wines available by the glass in a relaxed bar atmosphere. Visitors can also browse the cellar selection, which includes bottles rarely found outside of Japan, available for purchase or delivery to your hotel or airport in Japan. Language barriers are not an issue when ordering, as assistance is available to help select the perfect wine for you.

Excellent experience - Hosts are very friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was a very fun time. And the wines were very good. Bought 2 bottles to bring home.

Hidden Gem of a Tasting – Ask for Esther! - We thoroughly enjoyed this guided wine journey. It’s a very intimate setting that allows for a deep dive into Japanese terroir and boutique producers. Esther’s expertise was evident from the start; she explained the nuances of each pour with great detail and made the history of Japanese viticulture come alive. The wines themselves were excellent and offered a unique perspective on the local palate. It’s a professional, well-paced experience that we would encourage any wine lover to book while in Tokyo.

Japanese Wines Tasting - I was invited by my friend to join their Canadian and Japanese wine testing event and was pleasantly surprised with the experience especially with the varying tasty wines I tasted.

Enjoyable and Unique Wine Tasting Experience - I passed by the store with my friends as I was searching for a chill spot to explore more about Japan, and I found Three Grapes. The staff were very welcoming and explained to us about Japanese wines, then we asked for a wine omakase for an hour. The wine omakase was a new experience and a very enjoyable one, I did not expect to learn many new things about wine in Japan.

Lovely. Small spot with good vibes and better wines. - Got the quick tasting with the history of the grapes and they give you a map for reference of the regions of the grapes. All the wines tasted great. Perfect pit stop if you need to take a rest or just feel like having a glass of wine and got learn more about Japanese wines!

Japanese Wine, delicious rarity - Japanese Wine is not well known and most people will more likely drink sake or whiskey instead of trying an onknown Japanese wine. But for everyone who comes to Japan and is a wine enjoyer, this spot is a great place to experience some new flavours.
