After checking in at the reception and purchasing a drink from the store, participants can join the event. Each person is provided with a seat and topic cards to facilitate smooth conversations.
About this event:
- Topic cards are available to help spark engaging discussions.
- Our staff organizes attendees into small groups (3-4 people per group, with a mix of Japanese and international participants).
- Seats are rotated by our staff to ensure everyone has the opportunity to converse with different people more than 2-3 times.
- The schedule alternates between 15 minutes of English conversation and 15 minutes of Japanese conversation.
