• Subashiri Trail - 【1DAY Tour】 The hike takes you through an enchanting larch forest, gradually transitioning to volcanic terrain as you ascend above the treeline. This section involves an elevation gain of about 900 meters and takes approximately 4–5 hours. Along the way, you’ll encounter striking rock formations, moss-covered trees, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and, on clear days, the Pacific Ocean. The tranquility and fresh mountain air make the climb truly rewarding.
• Trail Down Mountain・Sunabashiri - 【1DAY Tour】 Upon reaching the 7th Station, you’ll be nearly 3,000 meters above sea level. This high-altitude rest point offers stunning views of the landscape below and the peaks above. Although not the summit, this station provides a sense of accomplishment, with fewer hikers and a genuine wilderness feel. It’s a perfect spot for rest, snacks, and memorable photos before your descent. As you begin your descent, you’ll enter the unique Sunabashiri zone, where fine volcanic sand allows for a light, springy descent—a fun and rare feature exclusive to the Subashiri Trail. Hikers often refer to this section as the “sand run” due to the natural cushioning that makes going downhill easier and quicker.
• Komitake Shrine - 【1DAY Tour】 Near the end of your descent, you’ll pass Komitake Shrine, a serene, spiritual stop nestled on the mountainside. The shrine is dedicated to mountain spirits and offers a peaceful resting place. It also marks a transition from the higher alpine terrain back into the forested areas near the 5th Station.
• Fujinomiya Trail 5th Sta. Parking Lot - 【2D1N Tour】 Begin your ascent at this high-altitude trailhead after arriving by shuttle bus. After a brief rest, start hiking toward the 8th Station. Facilities here include restrooms and a small shop for last-minute supplies. Hiking begins around 10:50 am and takes approximately 4–5 hours.
• Fujinomiya Route - 【2D1N Tour】 Arrive at the mountain hut in the late afternoon after a steady uphill trek. Here, enjoy dinner, receive your packed breakfast for the next morning, and rest in a shared sleeping area. There are no showers or private rooms—rest is essential before the pre-dawn summit hike.
• Mount Fuji - 【2D1N Tour】 Depart the hut around 1:30 am for a 2–3 hour final push to the summit. Arrive before sunrise to witness the spectacular “Goraikō” moment as the sun rises above the clouds. Capture photos, explore the crater rim briefly, and prepare for your descent.
• Gotemba Station - 【2D1N Tour】 After descending to the 5th Station (approximately 4–5 hours) by around 11:00 am and taking the shuttle bus, you’ll arrive back at Gotemba Station around 12:30 pm. From here, board a train returning to Shinjuku, marking the end of your Mt. Fuji hiking experience.

◉ [1DAY] Subashiri Trail ◉
Take a shuttle to the Subashiri 5th Station (~2,000 m) and hike along serene forest paths. Ascend to the 7th Station (~2,900 m), then descend the Subashiri Trail via the Sunabashiri sand-run, passing by Komitake Shrine, and return to the 5th Station and Shinjuku the same evening.

◉ [2D1N] Fujinomiya Trail ◉
Travel on the Romancecar to Gotemba, shuttle to the Fujinomiya 5th Station (~2,300 m), and trek to an 8th Station hut (~3,300 m) for dinner and rest. Depart before dawn to reach the summit for sunrise, enjoy the crater views, then descend to the 5th Station and return to Shinjuku by afternoon.

Both options offer professional guidance, scheduled transport, and breaks; select the [1DAY] Tour for a challenging day hike without an overnight stay, or the [2D1N] Tour for a complete summit experience with a hut stay and sunrise above the clouds. Operations may vary depending on weather and official trail periods.

• We will assist with the advance registration for the mountain entry. Please prepare the entry fee of ¥4,000 in cash, which will be collected by the tour guide on the tour day.
• In case of bad weather or official trail closure, the tour may be modified or cancelled for safety.
• Our tour guide will contact you regarding the mountain entry registration. Please make sure to check your email the day before the tour.
• Please be aware that travel insurance is not included in this tour. We highly recommend securing your own travel and accident insurance prior to departure, as the company cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unexpected incidents during the activity.
• [1DAY Tour] This is a hiking tour, not a summit tour. The tour ascends to the 7th Station (~2,900m) and returns on the same day. Participants must be physically prepared to hike for approximately 5–6 hours with 900m of elevation gain.
• [2D1N Tour] This is a summit tour that involves hiking from the Fujinomiya 5th Station (~2,300m) to the summit of Mt. Fuji (3,776m) with an overnight stay at a mountain hut (8th Station, ~3,250m). Participants must be physically and mentally prepared for up to 8–10 hours of hiking across two days, with a total elevation gain of over 1,400m.
• All movement during the tour is on foot along mountain trails, which include steep, rocky, and sandy sections, so proper footwear and appropriate clothing are essential for your safety and comfort.
• Participants must bring their own light lunch, sufficient snacks and water (recommended at least 1–1.5 liters). Eating is only possible during breaks on the mountain.
• Some hikers may feel dizzy, tired, or nauseated. Please hydrate, take breaks, and inform your guide if unwell.
• This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues, recent injuries, or serious health conditions.
• Rain, fog, or cold winds are common even in summer. You must bring proper gear for cold and wet conditions.
• In some cases, participants may be asked to rest or descend if continuing the hike is deemed unsafe by the guide. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Littering is strictly prohibited. Please carry back all trash to preserve the environment.
• Toilets are limited and may require ¥100 coins. Please prepare small change and expect basic facilities.
• [2D1N Tour] No shower, sink, or private room is available at the mountain hut. Please bring personal hygiene items and a small towel.
• [2D1N Tour] Dinner and a light breakfast are provided at the mountain hut.
