A unique and fun experience! - My husband and I had a blast learning how to make our own yukata! Lisa and Mori were wonderful and very helpful. I have very little experience sewing but felt confident with these two leaders helping us!

A Must-Do Activity in Tokyo - This kimono-making experience in Asakusa was fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, making the process easy and enjoyable even as a solo participant. It was a wonderful hands-on way to learn about traditional craftsmanship, and I left with a beautiful handmade piece. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Great experience! - I participated in this kimono-making workshop with a friend. Honestly, I'm not very good at crafts, but thanks to the instructor's kind and gentle guidance, I was able to make a really cute kimono! If you're looking for a Japanese cultural experience, I highly recommend this workshop!

Nice time! - It was a wonderful experience for me. I got the perfect size, and I also learned how to make it! I’d never tried sewing before, but the staff were so kind and taught me how to do it. I was given a bit of extra fabric, so I’m planning to make a few other things myself as well!

Made new friends and pretty kimono - Didn`t expect hosts to be so welcoming! The atmosphere was 10/10, Lisa so funny and kind. I really don`t know how to sew, but she and Mori helped us a lot, so I was able to make a kimono for my boyfriend (and he made one for me) >

The best kimono making experience! - I joined this kimono making workshop as a solo traveler, and it turned out to be one of the best memory of this Japan trip! Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. I felt relaxed and welcome even though I came alone. I'm so happy that I can make my own kimono from scratch. I can choose the pattern, sew it, and bring it home. I recommended this workshop if you're seeking kimono authenticity.

One of the best way to experience Tokyo and Japan’s culture! - Me and my best friend felt the urge to go to Tokyo this month and made plans for it. We didn’t wanna just do some sightseeing but to also get crafty so we looked up a couple of workshops online. Luckily we found this and decided to try our hands with making yukatas even though we had zero knowledge of how to make it. We were practically stuck between which color and fabric to choose for ourselves (because we get to take it home) lol. Fortunately, Lisa and Agata were there to guide us through the whole thing and it was one of the BEST experience we’ve ever done. What me, and my best mate, initially thought would just be another fun activity we got to try turned out to be a core memory we would remember every time we get to meet up from now on! Much love and thanks to the BAC crew. We’ll for sure come back to experience more!
