All guests are to meet in the Mt. Roberts Aerial Tram Parking Lot 15 minutes prior to their departure time. A staff member will be there holding a dock sign. Guests will be dropped off at this same location after the tour.

Fun adventure in Juneau.... - Fun adventure in Juneau. This was great because it wasn't too crowded and was a unique experience. 5 runs through the trees. And the guides were very knowledgeable - Great job keeping everyone moving and entertained.

Great zipline! - Will and Met were great and my teen daughter and myself had a great time. The rainforest was beautiful. I had not zip lined with automatic brakes before so if you are used to stopping yourself then just know that you are in for a jolt! It makes sure everyone is stopped safely, however. Once you know what to expect it is less of a stun on the following lines. My daughter loved it!

Gotta give it a try! - Honestly, it was so fun we wish it was a bit longer!! Clara and Will were awesome! They got my nieces who were scared to do it to let loose and have fun that they continued to want to go again and learned a few tricks here and there! It was amazing! The views were amazing! The little bits of facts were interesting! Loved that they did that and the little surprise at the end was 10/10! Thanks for making my Alaska experience and viewing the sights in a different and fun way very enjoyable! And the little axe throwing at the end was just funny! Thank you!

Excellent - The leaders were excellent and experienced. Very personable. Put everyone at ease, even newbies to zipline. Safety was their priority. The only feedback would be that the tour ahead of us was scheduled too close to our time. This lead to delays and longer wait time on the platforms. The excursion went an hour longer than expected. Which was fine for us as we didn't have reservations or anywhere we needed to be afterwards.

Amazing Ziplining outside of Juneau at Eaglecrest Lodge. - The views were amazing. The zips were breathtaking! I started out terrified, but our guides were encouraging and fantastic. Thanks to Nic and Karin, I completed all the zips, and had a blast with my 17 yo son.
