• Mendenhall Glacier - This tour is set in the estuarial area right in front of the Mendenhall Glacier, offering one of the most comprehensive views of the glacier in all of Juneau. Participants will be positioned further from the glacier compared to tours that visit or circle the visitors center. Please note that fog may impact visibility of the Mendenhall Glacier.

Our skilled guide will assist you in donning a dry suit, keeping you warm and dry regardless of the weather. Our guides will provide kayaking instruction, so no prior experience is needed! All equipment, guidance, snacks, and round-trip transportation from the Juneau cruise port are included. Witness native wildlife in their natural habitat. Suitable for ages 12 and up, with some balance required. Choose from several departures throughout the day, with all necessary equipment and instruction provided.

• We will pick you up from the cruise ship port and then drive for 20 minutes to the North Douglas boat launch ramp. We will introduce equipment, go over safety protocols, and get everyone suited up and in their kayaks. We will be on the water for 2 hours, including a beach walk and snack break. The entire tour will take 3.5 hours.
