Absolute recommendation for an efficient and enjoyable way to see temples and have a taste of local life - We booked this tour spontaneously and really hit the mark. The owner was very quick to respond, gave an excellent recommendation about the logistics and quoted a fair price for his service. Our driver Joko was very punctual to pick us up from our hotel in Yogyakarta. The car was spacious, clean and comfy. We first went to Prambanan temple and had a private tour of the grounds by the local guide. Having a guide there is highly recommended. Next we proceeded to the Prambanan village and had an amazing bike tour with the local operator. This was really a highlight of our tour of Indonesia. After the bike trip we had an option to have a lunch but we samples so much food during the bike tour so that we decided to skip it and proceeded to Borobudur temple directly. At Borobudur, we got the usual tour but want to highlight the attention we were getting from Joko who was accompanying us at every step before we joined the group tour of Borobudur structure. After we were done with the temple visit, Joko was waiting for us again and brought us safely back to hotel. This tour is a great way to see these top attractions within a single day.

Great experience visiting Jogja temples - I had an amazing experience with Ari as my tour guide! He was knowledgeable and friendly, and we had great conversations about Indonesia, which really enriched my trip. He also took beautiful, natural photos that captured the moments perfectly. Ari was an excellent driver and patiently waited for me during activities (visit of the Prambanan and Borobudur temples, cycling tour), making me feel unhurried and comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled guide. Thank you, Ari, for making my trip memorable!

Wonderful day with driver/guide Ari - Make sure to buy your tickets in advance for Borobudur!! They limit how many people can climb it and you have to go up to see the bell shapes. When you book this tour they'll send you the link to book the Borobudur tickets. As mentioned in the description, this tour basically provides a driver for the day. He accompanied me around Prambanan, telling me about its history and taking photos for me. For Borobudur you have to go with one of their official guides. Both temples are stunning and absolutely must be visited. I appreciate the tour is very flexible and you can pick ahead of time if you want to see other things as well as your start time. I was the first person at Prambanan (at 7am) and it was magical to have the place to myself. Ari was a wonderful driver and guide!

Temple tour - We planned very spontaneously a temple tour and it worked out very nicely with good and fast communication with the host.
We've had the pleasure to drive with Cicit who navigated us through the 3 stops: Prambanan Temple, Mount Merapi and Borobudur Temple. Even though we had booked the 1:30pm Borobudur Temple tour, Cicit managed to organize to go to the 3:30pm sunset tour which was very appreciated since we had more time on the previous two stops and did escape the extreme mid day sun.
All in all, we had a good trip with must sights to visit while beeing in Yogyakarta.
Thank you!

Amazing! Highly recommend! - We had an amazing time with our driver Ari, he gave us a tour trough the Prambanan. Took us to the Merapi Volcano, here we did a tour with a old WW2 jeep. Sadly it was to cloudy to see the volcano but we still had a good time there!
In the end we went to the Borobudur, he showed us the way and we went with a guide from the Borobudur through the whole temple.
Ari had a lot to tell and share about everything.
Highly recommend this tour, not just to see the highlights of Yogyakarta but also to get to know everything about the city and the people of Indonesia.
Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you again! - We booked a day trip to Prambanan / Borobodur and a shuttle from Yogyakarta to Malang. During the preparation of the tour, our wishes were taken into account and our already booked slot for Borobodur was taken into account.
For both days we had Agus as a driver who is a safe motorist and always on time and very helpful.

Day Trip to Yogya’s temples - Visiting Borobudur and Prambanan is something you cannot miss on your visit to Yogyakarta. This tour agency has been very professional since the moment of the booking, actively sharibg official websites for temple’s tickets and supoorting on any question (you must book in advance as they sold them out quickly, only 150 people/hour in Borobudur).
Our driver (Ari) was great, he is very friendly and eager to share about his culture. In Pranbaban he guided us through the temple (official guide 150k IDR); while in Borobudur official guides are included and assigned to 12/15 people groups on arrival. He also took us to a very nice restaurant for local tourism, with buffet of local food (delicious).
We have included Merapi Vulcano Jeep experience. They drive up to the safe area closest to Volcano (it’s quite far away, but the best view you can get as vulcano is very active), then they show some ruins from past eruptions and finally some fun part driving the jeep in the water. The jeep was a restored US army jeep from WW2, that makes the experience pretty cool.
I highly recommend this activity and agency. Terimakasi!
