Borobudur temple and Mendut Monastery. - The Borobudur temple trip was great, we also visited another site called the Mendut monastery. Our guide & driver was called Vega and he was superb. We started the tour at 14.00 and finished at around 21.00.
The Borobudur sunset experience got rained off (our fault for visiting in rainy season). But we did have a good 20 minutes at the top before the rain fell, for enough photos and getting a feel of the place.
The included meal was at the restutant at the base of the temple. You could pick anything from the menu apart from the beef steak or Salmon. Wine/beer or dessert is not included you have to pay extra.
Vega drove us very safely throughout the whole day and we had many great conversations along the way.

Borobudur Sunset - Amazing sunset and well organised tour. Vega was an excellent driver and guide making me feel welcome and giving me lots of tips and suggestions for the rest of my trip. Would definitely recommend.

Borobudur Tour - Our personal driver, Budi, was excellent. His English was impeccable and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He would let us stop along the way if we wished to and also knew everything about the area. We loved the Borobudur - what an incredible experience being able to see it. Also, the tour guide at the park Kenny was amazing and explained everything very well. On the way home Budi went out of his way to stop at an old colonial Dutch house for coffee, which was super special for us. I highly recommend this tour and especially ask to have Budi as your driver and guide.

Half day visit of Borobodur - It's a half-day trip that is more than enough and enjoyable to visit Borobodur. Our driver Toni was very attentive, he accompanied us and explained the procedure until we joined our guide. The visit was very interesting thanks to the explanations of the guide who was really friendly and kind.

Fantastic day at Borobudur temple - We had a fantastic tour with Tanto, who was very friendly, open minded and interested. He showed and explained us many things and we had very interesting conversations about many world topics and issues in addition. We had a great day and felt very comfortable at any time. We got picked up at home and he brought us back at the end. It was luxurious! We had to worry about nothing. Thank you! We would book this tour again.

Informative and enjoyable - The view was great and the guide very knowledgeable. I am restricted re climbing so I didn't go far up but my partner did. The temple itself is lovely with lots of stone carving, very similar to Angkor Watt but without the vines. A lot of people. Our driver was also really good and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the trip.
