Saidi is an excellent driver for this kind of trip, we didn't miss a single spot. - It is worthy. Katrouan, El Jem and Monastir are wonderful places to visit in Tunísia, very close if you are in Hammamet

Great guide, great way to see great sites – *BUT* (read review) - My guide was great, driver was new and uncertain but also very good. The sites are 100% worth visiting when in Tunis. Especially el Jem. BUT - note that the tour does not expressly include the museum/archeological site in el Jem, which uses the same ticket as the colosseum and is absolutely worth visiting (especially if you're not going to the Bardo – but even if you do). So, before you commit, I would urge you to insist that the museum be included in your itinerary – I had to negotiate for it on the spot as I knew about the museum but didn't realize it wasn't on the itinerary. (We skipped Monestir entirely in exchange.... an exchange that probably would not have been necessary if I had discussed it in advance.) But otherwise, definitely recommended in every way.

5/5 - I participated in the Kairouan, El Jem, Monastir excursion , and I highly recommend this experience. The guide was outstanding—very professional, passionate, and always ready to answer our questions. He shared a wealth of information about the history and culture of the sites, which truly enriched our visit. The driver was also excellent—skilled, punctual, and ensured a safe and comfortable ride. As for the organization, everything was perfectly managed. Timings were adhered to, stops were well-planned, and everything was well-coordinated. The sites were stunning, and the tour was designed to showcase the best of the region. A memorable excursion that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to explore Tunisia with ease and professionalism!

5* - Oussama is a top top guide. Really passionate and knowledgeable about his country. So much information on everything we passed in the car as well to make the time more interesting. He also added his own favourite personally stops if we wanted to with the likes of decent coffee, local bread from the side of the road and a great lunch spot so we really got to have a good insight into Tunisia even in a day. The stops are beautiful especially El Jem. Thanks

Great tour of beautiful places - Great tour, nothing was rushed and you got a lot of free time to wander.. Kairouan was so pretty, not only the mosque but also the medina which is smaller but calmer and more picturesque than the one in Tunis. El Jem was awesome and the Ribat in Monastir was nice with great view of the coast. My guide was Chouaaib who is very knowledgeable and driver was Baseem..

A culturally rich day.... - This private tour to Kairouan and El Jem was an enjoyable experience with many highlights and just a few areas for improvement. Our guide was friendly, spoke excellent English, and had a good general knowledge of the sites we visited. The driver was excellent — polite, professional, and most importantly, safe on the road, which was reassuring given the amount of driving involved. While it was a long day with a lot of time spent in the car, the stunning historical sights made it well worth it. Visiting the mosque of Kairouan was one of the standout moments of the tour — it's a truly beautiful and culturally rich location. The walk through the older parts of Kairouan was also lovely and atmospheric, though we were a bit disappointed not to visit the medina as advertised. El Jem was another highlight; the amphitheatre is magnificent and not to be missed. The gift shop at El Jem was a pleasant surprise — it was well-stocked with reasonably priced souvenirs and, unlike many tourist shops, there were no pushy salespeople. All entry fees were included as part of the tour, which helped everything run smoothly. While lunch wasn’t included, the guide ensured we had an opportunity to stop and eat, which we appreciated. It was also nice to have the comfort and flexibility of a private driver and guide throughout the day. Both were respectful and kept our personal items safe in the car. We were also picked up on time from our hotel, which set a positive tone for the day. There were, however, a few small drawbacks. Although the vehicle was advertised as air-conditioned, we had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on, which was a bit inconvenient on a warm day. There was also a moment of confusion at the end of the tour when the guide didn’t inform the driver he would be making his own way home, which caused a slight delay. Additionally, while the guide was knowledgeable, the level of historical depth was fairly light. If you're looking for an in-depth historical tour with rich context at every stop, this may not fully meet those expectations. A few tips for future travelers: make sure to bring water, as you'll be in the car for long stretches and walking quite a bit at each site. For women visiting the mosque in Kairouan, it’s advisable to bring a headscarf, both out of respect and in accordance with local customs. Overall, this tour offered a great way to see some of Tunisia’s most impressive historical landmarks in comfort. A bit more detail and communication would have made it even better, but it was still a rewarding and enjoyable day.

Just average - Guide was nice but we didn't go to one of the main sites, no reason given., we had already paid to get in, no refund given for this portion of the trip. Taken to a carpet showroom and left while guide went to buy food at bakery, we had to wait for them to come back. Guide and driver talked amongst themselves in Arabic the whole time while driving, not professional.
