kairouan and tozeur

Kairouan - Early morning Check-out with pick-up from your Inn by air-conditioned vehicle.
Stop in Kairouan, the holy city of Islam, to admire the exterior of the Grand Mosque and stroll through the UNESCO World Heritage Medina.
Continue south to Tozeur, capital of the oases. Inn and free time to discover the palm grove, the medina or relax.
Overnight in Tozeur.

Tozeur – Mountain oasis – Twelve – Sabria (Night in tent)

Douz - After Breakfast, 4x4 Check-out to the mountain oases.
Discover Chebika, a natural oasis with canyon and water source, then Tamerza, famous for its waterfalls, ancient village and spectacular landscapes.
Stop at the Rising Star Wars location in Ong Jemel.

Back to Tozeur then drive to Douz, the Sahara gate. Free time at the local Point of Sale and possibility of camel ride or quad bike ride in the dunes (optional).

Continuation to Sabria, in the heart of the desert. Settling in a comfortable Saharan camp, watch a magical sunset over the sand dunes. traditional dinner and evening under the stars.

Sabria – Matmata – El Jem – Back

Matmata - Breakfast at the campsite and Check-out to Matmata, famous for its cave houses. Visit a traditional home and discover the Berber way of life.
Continue to El Jem for the visit of its impressive Roman amphitheatre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Return to Tunis, Sousse or Hammamet at the end of the day.
