Great Day - What an adventure. Kevin picked me up on time & made the day special. Amboseli is a must see. I saw a lioness, cheetah family, buffalo, hippos, zebras, giraffes, various birds including flamingos, and TONS of elephants. I even watched an elephant fight. The lodge that hosted lunch was gorgeous & the food was good. On the way home Kevin again stopped about halfway for restroom, food, or whatever I might have needed. I am so glad I booked this adventure. It’s worth it. Ask for Kevin to be your guide.

Great time - Perfect safari worked with us to organize a day tour flying in and out from Wilson to ambolesi air strip. The day was fantastic and we saw many animals. Logistically very smooth as well.

Once in a lifetime experience - I booked this tour via Tripadvisor and it was the reviews that helped me and so it seems only right to add to these wonderful reviews and help others in a similar position. WOW. You cannot leave Kenya without visiting Amboseli National Park. Elephants are my favourite animals and so to see the great African elephants at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. No words. There were a lot of tears that day. My dad, my best friend, and I had the MOST incredible day experiencing the beauty of Amboseli. Samuel was our guide and there are not enough words to thank him. He picked us up from our hotel on time, was professional and courteous throughout, full of warmth, and kindness. It is a long day of travelling however soaking up the cultural scenes along the way is just mesmerising and all part of the experience. Thanks to Samuel our journey to and from Nairobi was smooth with the chance for toilet breaks and souvenir stops. We were lucky to see giraffes crossing the Mombasa road and catch the snowy peak of Kilimanjaro as the clouds dissipated. Samuel was passionate about the wildlife and biodiversity in the park and extremely knowledgeable. We learnt lots from him. Together we worked as a team to spot as many animals, birds, flora and fauna as possible. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance were jaw-dropping. Binoculars were provided. Amboseli captivated us with its diverse landscapes. Everything from savannas to wetlands. Buffet lunch at the luxurious Oltukai Lodge was delicious and catered to all of our varied palettes. I especially loved trying the national dish of Ugali! A small tip: carry a little scarf to cover your eyes, mouth, and nostrils when driving through the park as the natural fine salt grit can fly about at times. We are asthmatics and were fine but worth noting for any first time safari goers. Special thanks to Samuel for an absolute trip of a lifetime. We hope to be back one day!

Unforgettable Safari with the Best Guide – Kevin! - We had the incredible pleasure of doing a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park with Kevin as our driver and guide – and it was absolutely amazing! Already the evening before, Kevin reached out to us with all the important information about the tour, which made us feel well-prepared and looked after from the very beginning. During the safari, he knew exactly where to find the animals – especially the iconic elephants of Amboseli. Thanks to his deep knowledge and experience, we had some truly unforgettable wildlife encounters. Kevin is also a very safe and attentive driver, and he answered all of our questions with great patience and expertise. The tour itself was breathtaking – with Mount Kilimanjaro constantly in the background and countless magical moments throughout the day. Kevin is by far the best guide you could ask for – professional, friendly, and passionate about what he does. We can wholeheartedly recommend him and would go on safari with him again anytime!

Wonderful guide, and all of the elephants :) - Really great day with Festus! He was tireless (I think it ended up being a 15 hour day?) and stopped for every animal we saw, always asking if we were good to move on and never rushing us. He stopped for animals outside the park as well. He also provided information on towns on the drive to the park. We saw a ton of elephants, and also zebras and giraffes, gazelles, and impalas. Beautiful landscape. And the lunch was really good!!

Beautiful all day tour - What a day of adventure! You will need to set aside a full day to experience this but it’s worth it. I was a solo female traveler with Festus as my guide and he was kind, knowledgeable, safe and prompt. Enjoy seeing 100s of animals.

Day Trip to Amboseli - We had an amazing day. Samuel our guide was great, on time, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard trying to find everything we wanted to see which is always tricky in a national park. We were very lucky to see cheetah. It was a long day and Samuel was always cheery and obviously loves his job.

An Amazing Day - We were a little apprehensive. as this was our first trip to Africa and our first Safari. It was very easy to book through TripAdvisor, with Perfect Safaris, and they quickly put us at ease. Communication leading up to the Safari was very clear. Our time in Amboseli National Park was amazing. We saw so many elephants, several of them very close to us. We were also quite close to giraffes, zebras, gazelles, baboons, monkeys, ostriches and many other birds. We also saw quite a few hippos, not quite so close. Lunch at the lodge was very nice. Our guide, Kevin K. , was fantastic and contributed significantly to our overall experience. He arrived very early, was extremely friendly, and a safe driver. He was knowledgeable about the animals, the park, and surrounding areas. It was a very, very long day but well worth it. We highly recommend this safari!
