You will visit this monastery inside the days that is open , otherwise you will visit Varlaam or St Nikolas.

A wonderful experience - Very well organised with tour guides that have a lot of knowledge about Meteora.
Our tour guides Nancy and Yanis were wonderful and professional.
I would recommend this tour to everyone wanting to do a bit more then just drive to monastery to monastery.

Give the hike a go! - We chose the hiking tour with Vaso who was great. Stefan picked up from our hotel on time, drove us up to the Varlaam monastery where we spent some time, the best one I think, and then we walked DOWN to Kalambaka with Vaso as our guide through the mountains seeing so many things including another monastery you would not see from a road tour and unique rock formations. It was tranquil, informative and an easy walk. By far the best thing we did while in Meteora. Even if you are not a hiker, this walk is an easy downhill 2-3 hours. Give it a go.

Very interesting - Tour not tiring in those who visit the monasteries that have a few steps to do, in one we made the steps only downhill (the bus has recovered a hairpin bend lower).
A very interesting experience: beautiful views + guide info explaining history and geology.
The guide speaks English, but included in the ticket is a vocal explanation in Italian.

Wonderful meandering in Meteora - Vasiliki was such a friendly & helpful guide! It was so nice to take a hike around the area without having to worry about getting lost. The views were great and there was still plenty of shade!

Very nice experience - We selcted the 4 hours Hiking Meteora Tour and we really enjoyed. We first visited Varlaam monastery and then a small group of 7 persons we enjoyed Hikking Meteora. The young lady, our guide, was very kind and explained with many details the history of monasteries. We had time for photos and generally it was very nice experience. I strongly recommend it .

Perfect. - Needless to say, the Meteors and monasteries were breathtaking. The excursion was well organized and the tour operator also allowed us to participate in the activity in a different slot from the one booked (due to bad weather) without asking for penalties or anything else. Precise and punctual transport. The guide was a young girl really helpful and prepared: advice!!

Relaxed hike - Gianni, the tour guide was quite informative throughout the tour, gave us a bit of history of the Monastries
. The hike was a relaxed one (I have been on a few hikes, so basically a beginner) most of it was down hill, there was a bit of uphill but not a lot. Most of the trail didn't seem very steep.
