• For your safety, the maximum rider weight is 88 kg (194 lbs). Please note, tickets are non-refundable for riders who exceed this weight limit.
• Children under 3 years old are free of charge. They must sit on a parent’s lap, and the combined weight of the parent and child must not exceed 88 kg (194 lbs).
• All participants are required to wear long pants for this activity.
• All riders must maintain control of their vehicle and adhere to the instructions of our guides. Uncontrolled riding is strictly prohibited.
• Punctuality: We must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings. Late arrivals may result in a reduced ride time.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, strong intermediate and advanced riders must demonstrate their ability to independently control their horse prior to leaving the stable.
• In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
