Good experience - Sites were great, tour guide was nice and pleasant . I received what I anticipated . Cost of entrance to prehistorical Akrotini was not included, but we had free time to see the red sand beach (from above)

Enjoyed the tour, but a little rushed in places. Shame we were unable to understand a lot about the island’s history - Driver was very good. Guide was a young, friendly lady, but we had a little difficulty in understanding everything she said. Timings for visits especially the sunset were very tight especially for people with limited mobility. Apart from the visit to the capital, every other stopping place seemed rushed.

Good Santorini information - Very knowledgeable guide. This tour could have got a 4 or 5 if the company provided audio radios as the group was very large, in noisy places & due to time if you were slow a lot more information was missed. Saw lots of Santorini & felt very safe with our driver even on those hairpin curves. Lots of hills & uneven terrain.

Good tour but take your own food/snacks - Good day trip round the island , was able to see what we had intended to see but very rushed . Didn’t follow the timings as detailed in the itinary . No eating and drinking on board the coach , no restaurants or eating facilities at the stops either . No resturant /shops at top of mountain although the views were amazing . No time to stop other than to buy a bottle of water in Pyrgos village after climbing the steps to the church Given the option to stay and eat or see the church couldn’t do both . Moved on to archeological site again no shops or food options unless you paid to go in was given time to walk to beach only given 20 mins to walk there and back Wasn’t communicated that there was eating facilities and places to buy food and drink on the way to the beach We sat outside the archeological site for 30 mins waiting to go to beach and could have walked earlier if we had known Arrived in Fira 3pm after 11am pick up still had not had any time for food or drink and no options to buy anything other than walking past supermarkets Given 1.5 hrs in Fira enough time for a meal but not to look around aswell . Moved on to sunset in oia … very busy very rushed only given 20 mins to get back to the coach after the sunset through crowds of 1000,s of people doing the same thing ! Not really relaxing sightseeing day on and off bus lots of walking lots of walking up hill up lots of steps and no other free time for food or drink for lunch other than in Fira at 3oclock in the afternoon Literally had to grab opportunity’s to buy a bottle of water along the way . Sunset at oia was beautiful but not as easy as it’s made out to be . Very very busy couldn’t move couldn’t really see anything but this isn’t the tour company’s fault . Tour guide very helpful and knowledgable about the area . Advised us to walk around on the lower level to see the sunset which was less crowded and we did this and got some lovely photos Overall an Enjoyable tour but too long a day and too rushed to fit it all in plus travel time

A bit boring - Enjoyed the excavation site of the ancient ruins. I signed up for a tour but most was dropping us off at an area to buy trinkets and food. I didn’t want either. Then we went to see a dull sunset. A wasted 2 hours. Cannot recommend this tour.

Wish you could stay longer after sunset to watch the sky - Depending on pick up . We were afoditi venus kamari it took around 1hr to do the pick all ups . the first stop 30 minutes roughly the 2nd stop 45 minutes 3dr stop Fira 2 hours ok if you want to shop shop maybe eat really busy but to cut to the chase I mainly went for the oia sunset . OMG so many people we got lucky at a hotel pool bar have to spend a minimum of 10 euro which is ok we had cocktails . problem is you are left to find your own spot to take photos our sunset was 7.24pm we had to be back to coach at 7.45pm we missed the best part of the sunset the orange red purple skye that the sunset leaves behind. I was gutted, and I wish I just went to see sunset alone .PROBLEM There is no real taxi service, so its public bus, which is crammed, a taxi with around 70 euros each way . However the driver and guide really done well, just not an experience i would ever do again. If only the tour company could do a deal for so many tabels at a view restaurant, included in a price and a longer stay afterwards, it would have taken the edge of disappointment. Can't understand why there isnt a good taxi service it would be a Good business venture for someone to develop a quick, easy taxi service the island isn't that big .

Rushed in Santorini - The tour was very rushed . Appreciate you need to get in as much as possible. However, a little too much for one day. The tour included a lot of walking especially steep up hill walking which you should have advised beforehand. Certain elements of the tour you had to pay extra for entrance for example the ruins. Again this wasn’t advised beforehand. The tour guide was not clear in her diction and at the back of the bus you could not her instructions. More time was needed in the main events I.e Oia for the sunset and getting a good position. After the sunset we had to rush back through the crowds to get to the bus on time before it left . Also the guide on other tours we have experienced with Tripadvisor the tour guide stayed with you at all times and explained things more. This guide just got off the bus and repeated a hundred times the time to be back at the bus or they would leave without you . Which was eating into our limited time. A good tour to see the island but could be better !
