Queen Elizabeth National Park - After enjoying an early breakfast, one of the guides will pick you up from your accommodation in Kampala by 8:00 am to drive you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, there will be stops at the Equator for some memorable photographs and at Agip Motel in Mbarara for lunch. From there, the journey continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you can admire the stunning scenery, tea plantations, open grasslands, long-horned Ankole cattle, woodlands, and the Rift Valley Escarpment. An evening game drive will be arranged as you head to your accommodation.
Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari
Queen Elizabeth National Park - In the morning, breakfast will be served at your lodge in Queen Elizabeth Park, followed by a game drive. During the drive, you will witness wildlife returning from their night hunts, including majestic elephants, lions, and playful warthogs with their tails raised. Queen Elizabeth offers breathtaking views of the Rwenzori Mountains.
Afterward, return to your accommodation for relaxation and lunch. Be sure to recharge your camera batteries, as a boat trip, a highlight for every visitor, is planned. The Kazinga Channel, shared by Lake Edward and Lake George, stretches 40 kilometers between the two lakes.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride or cruise. The channel is home to numerous birds, schools of hippos, buffaloes, and warthogs. The sight of pelicans on the shore and birds flying across the channel is captivating as the boat leisurely takes you along the shores, allowing you to capture stunning Uganda wildlife photos.
